I heard from bananna an plantains ? Dont know what fufu is plz help me look like dough bread were im from know skillet cornbread im into try new ingredient
We eat a lot of green banana in Puerto Rico. Best way to peel these banana is to cut both ends, slice the skin length wise both sides and let it set in hot water. It well come off easy and stop it from turning brown. We do use the skin as well for stock.
Your video is the most STRESS FREE way ive seen fufu being made. So classy and neat. I am jamaican so i need to learn this for my nigerian husband. Thank u so much Ma'am ❤❤❤
Omg this is what we call in Hawai'i poi mai'a. Its pretty much prepared the same way. Usually we also do this taro(cocoyam) and breadfruit. It's the stable of our diet!
First: I just swoon when you speak in your native tongue 😍 Such a romantic sounding language Second: Please taste the food on camera! Haha. It's as if I'm enjoying a meal with you. I know, I'm weird
Do you know what might have happened with my attempt at this recipe? I could not get this to turn into a ball. I stirred it for over an hour on the heat. It thickened but never turned doughy. The only difference in what I did was I used bananas from my back yard. The were certainly green still. In order to peel them, I had to boil them for a little while.
@@NdudubyFafa I just ate some Jamaican stew chicken 🍗🐓 with the banana fufu, omg! That was delicious 😋😋😋😋 the perfect meal. I had the rice one before too plane, even though nothing is added to it the flavor the bananas, just so yummy with the chicken sauce 😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋 I can't wait to try the casava if I can get it to buy.
