Wash & bring to a boil about 6-7 green bananas until softened (not plantains but maybe one could try!) Peel & place in a bowl. Add spices: Tablespoon of cumin powder, add small sliced/chopped onion, fresh coriander(cilantro), not sure: 1 table or teaspoon of ground coriander, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, heaping teaspoon chili powder, pinch of salt, mixed herbs? black pepper. Form kebabs into a ball about a dozen and pan fry in coconut oil. I say one can use avocado oil as well, has high heat point. Chutney: Next in clean pan add black mustard seeds in oil& fry until they pop, ( though I noticed he added something else. To me it looked like dried cumin seed) add chopped onion, garlic, fresh chile-sauté until browned. Add fresh curry leaves & sauté bit longer, add 3/4 turmeric, teaspoon cashmerie? masala, add fresh chopped tomatoes-cook. Add some salt& heaping tablespoon sugar. Finally add fresh chopped cilantro-some now and some later. Can cook separately: steamed basmati rice, roti, naan. Not perfect-mixed order maybe-but this is what I understood!

@Kieran Damon Thanks for your reply. I got to the site thru google and Im in the hacking process now. Takes a while so I will reply here later with my results.
OMG. Never could follow recipes. I just added the ingredients to the cooked bananas in my food processor. Wow! What an amazing dish. This is absolutely wonderful. Best thing is everything came from my garden apart from Curry. Thanks for sharing... Yummy 😋
Chef Gef - Yumm, Thank You for sharing. But rather than spending so much time frying the balls on all sides, I will make them flat like a potato pancake, and fry them that way in the oven. Much quicker and less oil absorption that way. :) I didn't know that we can cook the green banana in their skin. Great tip. Thank you again.
Loved your presentation, and the recipe looks delicious, but I could not understand several of the ingredients..mainly spices. I wish you had the recipe written down somewhere.
Love the energy n character, deffinetly look foward to trying that out. It's a shame cant show off to my wife as she avoids tomatoes n spices due to ulcers. Overall clear video great voice n very neat cooking.
this is a late comment but i just saw this video clip today. Thank you for sharing this recipe. I'm gonna try this soon. I have few questions: the first is... was it plantain banana you used? It was already in the pot cooked when you started the instructions so I was not able to see what type of banana you boiled. If it was not plantain and just ordinary banana, was it unripe or was it ripe? The last question is what was that seasoning you used right after salt and before the ground black pepper. Again thanks for sharing.
I'm dying here, that looks so good, and I know it will taste even better. I have a feeling this one will become a family favorite. Thank you for sharing🌸
thank you, great receipts but I couldn't understand a lot of the ingredients can you write the ingredients separately, it will be wonderful thank you again
What did you add for spices? We cant understand what your saying and you added additional spice to the pan what was that? What is the binder? Please explain your ingredients here!
Shuma Dev was about to say in the sauce he does use mustards seed and he didn’t mention the other seed I agree it looks like cumin seeds it was funny yrs ago a friend had moths in her panty and her mother came to us and said she found where they were coming from she had the cumin seeds but we Aussies pronounce them Cummin my friend said no mum they are cummin seeds and her mum answered yes they are Coming They Are Going ... lol ...
Funny. In Indian cooking, a lot of the dishes start with splutter of either cumin seeds, mustard seeds or nigella seeds or combination of these. Other times if you want the garam masala flavour you would add whole cinnamon, cardamom and cloves into the oil first before the onion.
Shuma Dev I had watched the RUclips again and he had put some mixed spice into the Kabab mixture also ... lol ... I do have some Garamond masala in my Aunty ...lol ...
As another commenter wanted to know-could we just peel the green bananas and boil only the flesh? ( I know it takes some work). Also could you please list the recipe for kebabs & chutney? Thanks!
Sounds delicious! But whats the point if many ask for the recipe over a year ago as it is difficult to understand some of the things you say and you won't put it in your description or post it anywhere! Unbelievable!
Thank you Krithika. I make this at least once a month. Its so quick and easy. I will be uploading once a week from August. Please subscribe for more videos.

Hello :) Yes it be done with chickpeas, but you will find that it does not bind together well. Use 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds with 3 tablespoon water. This will create a vegan egg mixture. Then add some chickpea flour and it will mold into really nice kebabs.

I love your way of making food, but would you consider using wooden spoon in your metal pots? Metal on metal really affects the flavor :)

Thank you
What did you add for spices? We cant understand what your saying and you added additional spice to the pan what was that? What is the binder? Please explain your ingredients here!
He said no binder required ( I believe because the banana itself is binding)
Cumin powder, Garam masala, coriander powder, salt, pepper, chili powder, herbs , 1 tsp of each
@@brigalaxy I thought he mentioned curry.
Yes...does anyone know what was that very yellow spice he added after the curry leaves? Did he say curry? Couldn't make it out.
Hi what are the ingredients in Kashmiri masala
I like it but I do not know some of your herbs and spices
What is garum marsala? Is there anything you can use as a substitute if you do not have this ingredient?
Its called Graham Masala. It's a spice used a lot in Indian cooking. Very flavorful
Where can I find the recipe?????
Your girlfriend is very lucky! I am definitely going to try this never thought of bananas this way🍌 BLESSINGS
Looks very delicious! Could they also be used for a dessert snack?
Thank you. These are green bananas, so this may not work for a dessert.
I believe plantains are more appropriate for this recipe. Also, perhaps a biding agent, one egg mixed with the grounded plantains.
Gonna try this....🎉
What was the spice 🐑 added to the mustard seeds to heat before adding the onion???
There was no mustard seed. Only onion, cumin, coriander, garam masala, chili powders. Plus salt, pepper and coriander
For the chutney, yes he added mustard seeds and looks like cumin seeds.

List ingredients, type of curry powder, chili powder, type of banana in the area where you listed the music. Thank you.
Green bananas. But as you will probably not find these in a regular store, you can buy plantins in ethnic grocery shops.
I about to try this. Looks so good
Looks like the same thing happened with
Voice gets lost in all other acoustics so the details. Subtitles or separate commentary should be there so that we can get ingredients....
Wearing a mic would work, too...
What’s the substitution for curry leaves please
Good recipe. Thank you for sharing.
If we airfry these also it will taste good. Thanks
Ooo yes can’t wait to try this 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾🥰💋🥰💋💯💯💯

Can I use green banana flour instead of green bananas?
great skill indeed, thanks but the accent wasn't easily make me get the spices names, maybe if you could write an ingredient list..

People eat banana skin; watched that on another programme
You can eat peel, too...
Great guy live it from Trinidad and Tobago
Awesome
Could these kabobs be made in an air fryer ?
Instead of the Cilantro can I add parsley!
Looks good :)
Do the bananas have to be green?
Can we do this with banana powder?
It may work, but will be too soft and absorb alot of oil.
I'm gonna try this.
Yum
I didn't quite understand the ingredients (spices).
NICE ONE FROM Harry SANKAR
you can also use the banana skins to make meatless balls..
I like this recipe but cant follow what are ingredients he told just remember the fresh coriander he cut... thats.. but looks ymmy anyways!
I have made this without boiling and just grating or mashing the bananas.
Coconut oil is not best for frying either. You need to use grapeseed oil.
