    It’s so true that we need big motivators. When we are comfortable and coasting along without any problems it’s a difficult thing to make changes that take us out of our comfort zone.

    Hey dr. I’m 25 and on dialysis and I wanna do your hyper nourishing but I keep getting fluid in my lungs. How much fluid should I drink and how much smoothie (I also have autoimmune) thank you soo much!! Love your work!

    What foods do we need to eat… eg what veggies

      I’ve know Dr G protocol very well I had a Zoom call with her 4 months ago. And she went into complete detail with me about what her protocol is and how to follow it.
      Just know her Goodbye Lupus Protocol (hyper nourishment) is different from her Goodbye Autoimmune Disease Protocol. I went on her Goodbye Autoimmune Disease Protocol which is the most strictest of her diets because its the only one that completely stops inflammation and also accretes cellular healing.
      I needed to go on the goodbye autoimmune disease protocol. As a 190 pound man she told me I needed to consume 1 pound of cruciferous vegetables a day, a minimum of half a cup of flaxseeds a day, and one gallon of water a day (3.7 litres), and to add one teaspoon of salt a day to my diet because of the high water consumption.
      So what that meant was I had 1 smoothie for breakfast which was made up of half a pound of kale (75% of the total amount of smoothie), half a cup of flaxseeds, and the rest was fruit (25% of the total amount of smoothie). And I used a Vitamix blender which is a high speed blender which you need to break up the flaxseeds. If you don't have a high speed blender use 3 tablespoons of flaxseed oil instead.
      For lunch I would make another smoothie which was made up again of half a pound of kale (75% of the total amount of smoothie or 6 cups), half a cup of flaxseeds, and the rest was fruit (25% of the total amount of smoothie or 2 cups).
      Then for dinner I would have a large salad with an avocado dressing with no added oil or added sugar.
      Basically eat until satiated.

    happy new year dr G!! so glad I found your content a few weeks ago... I have been doing the kale smoothies but my question is how many oz a day is needed for it to have an impact? please respond I posed this question on different videos but I never got an answer
    I feel like I am not getting enough

      If you can fit in more cruciferous, omega 3, and water, do so, unless you have medical restrictions

    I tried to eat vegetables only and my stomach constantly felt sour and hurting. I didn't have BM for 3 days and when did it was pebbles. What am i doing wrong?

    Hi dr... i have allergies to some vegetables especially spinach..i started smoothie 10 days now...having daily diarrhea and all that i see is the green smoothie coming out like the way i drank...is it a sign my body isnt accepting it...

      Green stool is completely normal we all get it. It's a good thing! Your stomach is just adapting to the new diet.

    I have been on your disease reversal protocol for about 10 days. I’m wondering can you have nutritional yeast, hemp hearts?
    From my understanding of what I could find on the Internet egg whites do not have omega six or omega three. Would they be safe to eat?

      Nutritional yeast yes, hemp hearts no, on her Goodbye Autoimmune Disease Protocol you only consume half a cup a day of flaxseeds or chia seeds. That's where and how you get your fats.
      On her protocol there is no egg consumption because they are inflammatory.

    I’m on 3dose of chemo for my lupus nephritis . I started to take smoothies for past 8days only . Please help me with hyper nourishment plan to help me heal and lead a normal life.

    If it increases your inflammation don't eat it. If it doesn't cause you any issues don't eat them.

    Is it safe to go raw overnight and stay raw from now on? Also, how much food should we be eating every day?

      Dr G says to eat until you’re satiated. Going fully raw is completely safe. Just make sure you’re getting your cruciferous vegetables and omega 3s.

    In #auto immunie diseases can we eat #nightshied vegetable mam like tomato or bell peper? Bz according to doctor this vegetbl should be #avoided.

      Yes you can eat bell peppers and tomatoes. They are allowed on her protocol. There is nothing harmful about nightshade vegetables Dr G has debunked that many Times! People who say that have no idea what they're talking about.
