    I do a lot of emotional eating I always want to eat something sweet I like to eat a lot of fruits help I'm always fatigued a lot of anxiety

    Thanks for your video! I am sharing it. I am trying to get my family to just drink a smoothie a day because kidney disease is in the family. My husband is on dialysis. I am becoming vegan but was a pescatarian for 7 years.

    How important is it to not eat meat? Can I just add tons of greens, green smoothies, flax etc with some meat here and there?

      Dr G. Says animal products cause inflammation. Once you fully heal your immune disease then try eating a vegan burger once a month if your still craving meat. Dr G. Says it will take 3 weeks for cravings to subside. I’m going on her nutritional plan to heal my psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis that I’ve had for over 30 years, but I’m starting after my birthday on July 12.😁This will be a gift to my self to finally heal my body.

      @@-living4jesus4ever- yeah I was plant based for about 2 months last year and my psoriasis was 80% healed and my arthritis was almost gone, but I fell off the wagon with stress and went back to my old eating habits, And most of my psoriasis and arthritis had come back. I just found Dr. Brooke Goldner a week and half ago so I’m definitely going to start her 6 week hyper nourishment program next week after my birthday. She said patients that stick with the 6 week program heal their autoimmune disease fast than just a regular vegan diet. After 6 weeks will then try eating lentils and quinoa

    All those cruciferous veggies aren’t great if someone is on warfarin.

    But many vegetables and fruits cause an immune reaction themselves because of the salicylates, oxalates or histamines.

      It's 96 Oz and you drink it through the day.
