For me, I know what I should do, but I start to rationalize and then it goes downhill. Then I just don't care, I will do what I want. I think that is an addiction.

Thank you for sharing your personal testimony and taking the time to open your heart and help others to try to understand more about what they might be experiencing personally with others and showing us certain situations may not always be our fault and that we may not always be able to please everyone.

Thank you so much for your videos! I been adding a juice everyday for about a month now . Normally I walk and have to stop several time to catch my breath. Due to bad weather and cold I haven’t walked for a few weeks today I went for a walk cause it was beautiful with my husband. I was able to walk the whole walk without stopping or catching my breath and had extra energy. Is that normal? I feel great thank you, and if possible, do you have a video on this or can you do one because I’m astounded. It has been years since I could do this.

    That was very insightful.
Edit: I'm going to mention something that I've thought about and wondered about. Are there people with flax seed sensitivities? I've added flax seeds to vegan lentil loaf. I've also added them to black bean burger. I had an upset stomach every time. In full disclosure I also added nutritional yeast to both per the recipes that I followed. I've wondered which one caused the issues? I hadn't used either of those things before. As someone with IBS the upset stomach isn't new. But recently I've learned there are recipes that vegan youtubers post that, surprisingly, don't agree with me. This includes "healthy pancakes" made with almond flour. Apparently my system doesn't like almond flour. I've eaten almonds with no problem. But for some reason almond flour is a no. It's ok if no one has the answer. I just find that odd. I've worked with a nutritionist. And have asked her what is the difference between an intolerance and an allergy? I used to be lactose intolerant. But I could eat yogurt. Now I can't eat yogurt unless it's made from coconut milk.
Also to Dr. Goldners point about the person who was a people pleaser. You can try your best to get someone to like, care about and love you. And these people can be related to you. You can literally exhaust yourself in your efforts to get them to see that you're not a bad person. And nothing you do will please. Some people just won't like you. Sadly not everyone will be accepting of you. And that can make you feel unlovable. I know because I felt unlovable for decades of rejection. It was to the extent that I felt my being born was a huge mistake. Sometimes for your own mental well-being you have to take a step back and reevaluate a person and/or relationship. If someone is being verbally, mentally, physically or sexually abusive then leave that situation. No abuse of any kind is ok. There are people who won't beat you down with their hands. But they will beat you down with their words. I'm aware that people themselves are not perfect. But not everyone is abusive. So I'd evaluate if the problem is with you or them. And some people never see where they are in error. But they will give instance after instance of where you are/were in error. It's uncanny how they never take accountability. Uncanny and extremely unhealthy. No one asked for my two cents. But I just want to put it out there
