As far as I noticed, it only works with some of the CPs in the chapter "Point Insertion" Mainly the one that forces you to go into the lane to Nova Prospekt and some that are standing there as well as the "Pickup that can" guy here

@@1Kamushek It's already contained in the VR Mod, the VR mod team added the achievement. I'm just using the Valve Index controller with finger tracking. It can also be achieved with controllers that don't support finger tracking. For that one only needs to hold up the hand and press the trigger button.

You can get it on the quest if you hold your hand up and press trigger and not grip
