everytime i see this kind of speedrun, i just imagine the sheer terror of the NPC who are tasked to kill, the player. dude doesn't speak, doesn't miss, can go through buildings, can fly using basically anything, swim into radioactive water, explod grenades in his, runs at mac 2, and detroying everything you've built in half an hour. but yeah he's just "one man"

Basically the way it works is that the game gives you noclip everytime you are in a vehicle(easy trick from the developers to stop you from colliding with stuff while you're driving) By leaving the airboat into the level change trigger (it's super precise you need to finish exiting the boat in the exact frame the map transitions) the game doesn't get to the part in the code where you're supposed to have noclip deactivated, so you can keep it

Well, I'm 100% sure that there isn't any actual movement rework or implementation into the game as a mod that could break something else. It's just changed cvars about air acceleration and the normal movement speed. Doesn't have anything to do with the actual physics of objects.
TLDR: Every Source game is (basically) a very complicated mod for Quake 1. The movement speed gained in the air and off of jumps is limited from base Quake1 movement tech, only by a couple small lines of code, that you can practically change in the dev console if you're running the right version.

Yo why is his hp bar gone till 6:09 and why does his screen not turn red when being shot by the combine? I just tried this hl1 movement mod out and i can barely see anything when im getting shot

I'm not sure what you're asking exactly but I guess you mean the bunnyhopping? Thats the basic movement technique we do in these games, you can airstrafe to generate speed and then you keep it by jumping as soon as you touch the ground.

It does that yeah, and by that also removes abhing But also the groundspeed and AA values are adjusted to imitate hl1 movement as good as possible, however there are some bugs with source engine where the AA changes depending on your z axis speed so it's not perfect. Still good
i think you need HL1 Movement Fun% mod (you can find it under Half-Life 2 Category Extensions -> resources) you'll need source sdk 2013 singleplayer or 2007

The trick is called save deletion. You basically delete the save you are trying to load so the game throws an error and sets you to a default spawn on the map with a default amount of weapons health and armor. It's done in all source games wiki.sourceruns.org/wiki/Save_Deletion

The hl1 movement mod for hl2 comes with an autobhop script so these bhops are scripted. All my hl1 runs on the channel are scriptless though
