I have a reefer starcool that’s displays no phase detection 423 starcool unit unit has been running fine for a week now in range did my Morning round this morning aboard ship noticed unit off turned it back on and got that alarm in the past most time I could switch two leads on the plug or change it out and be good no dice so I changed the power measuring board cable to the unit also bypass the fc still no dice show I had a spare cable I ran just to test to see if it was the cable k got 440 across each phase but I am still displaying 330 across each phase on the display Do YOU think it might be the controller

Do your ship normally have a large amount of these kinds of spare parts on board for these refer boxes, and do you sometimes have to deal with boxes of other brands, or are they mostly the same manufacturer used?

Sir how about the model of CA controller magkaiba ba un sa ibang controller ng starcool, nag palit kc ako ng controller ng CA unit ang pinalit ko is SMC 6.2 pero after ko ikabit nakalagay sa display not same program.. Ano dapat ko gawin sir dapat ba iprogram ko un kc hnd ako marunong mag program
They running machineries that can get malfunction at any given time, especially transporting from the port, to track and loading to the vessel, lifting them up maybe 30-50 meters high and put down from that height. The bang, vibration and shock it may happen.
@@leckyjake that is true jake... after load just checked unit not running.... open panel and found all contactor was not attached well... some fuse torn out... yeah 🤭🤭
I think this ship have a reeferman onboard because you have too many job onboard without enough time to attend every thing i believe this ship is very huge about 8000 Teus or more imagine 1000 reefers containers onboard to you alone

just go to the configuration and choose phase detection to CW or CCW depending on the correct rotation of your fans.

It was the second to the last container that was loaded hence no more time to call for technician

By checking resistance how you find out that pressure switch is closed I could not understand? what's the relation ?
if alarm is active but the pressure switch resistance is closed then the alarm should not be there.

We have a ship that has the capacity of 1, 707 reefer containers alone. The biggest we have is having 19,600 TEUS.
