It makes me so happy to watch you catch such beautiful fish and release them back into the wild. You're awesome.

Easily my favourite lure i have them in all colours and the newer jointed version is good to never mind all the savage gear mass produced off production line moulds these rapala lures are the real deal and will catch pike anywhere and will last you for years

NEVER reach for a Pike at the side of the boat, ALWAYS net them. There's no agony like needing to boat flip a ten pound pike using a treble hook embedded in the flesh of your thumb. And then you need to extract the hook from the thrashing fish using only one hand, release the fish, then remove the hook from your other hand. Been there. Again, use a net. Pike will look calm at the boat but they always have another thrashing run in them.

What a noddy. You obviously haven't caught many pike on lures or lack the ability to handle them properly. If you can avoid netting a fish, you do. Hand land, unhook over the side of the boat and release. No need to over handle fish and netting is only for bigger fish, even then, I've chinned 20's where there's flying trebles with no issue. I hardly ever net pike from the boat when lure fishing. Your comments tell me you should maybe consider taking up bream fishing and leave the pike to people who know what they're doing. Jesus wept.

this video honestly shows how easy Pike can get off this lure,, a rapala pro can't even keep a Pike hooked on that Lol
