I always appreciate the dignity and quality you bring to these victims. Always making an effort to highlight the lives of the innocent victims and not just obsess over the darkness of the killers.
I have PTSD and this morning (Australia) waking up from a particularly bad nightmare has left me feeling very awful. Logged onto RUclips to find something to watch to distract myself and god, what a pleasant feeling to see you have uploaded. True crime has been one of my interests for many years but you are my favourite true crime channel because you put a particular sense of importance on remembering the victims and not just focus on the perpetrator. Thank you all your work, it’s always enjoyable.
Good afternoon from New Zealand. I'm currently stuck at home with Covid (terrible timing with Christmas day looming) and stumped across your channel. I've binged about 20 episodes so far and have no plans to stop. I don't normally comment on videos but wanted to mention that they are very enjoyable, indepth and the perfect length. R.I.P Taylor, Shawn and Alan, my heart goes out to the families. Such a light sentence, he should have gotten 35 years for each murder and earliest parole at 100 years. I hope he never sees the light of day again.
What a sad situation for his brother and his girlfriend's family. He seems like he was already a killer, just waiting to come out as one. All that rage as a younger person shows it.
As someone who has been on the highway of tears once I can say its a very desolate stretch of road, and I would absolutley love to hear your take on it. I grew up listeneing to the stories of the girls/women going missing there for years. I would be very interested in a video from you on it ^.^
Thank you for doing this case, Adrian! I was one of the requests for this case as it happened when I lived in Calgary. Dustin clearly had serious anger issues and perhaps if he had gotten the help he needed, this never would've happened. My heart breaks for Taylor's family and Dustin's siblings, especially Adam. I hope he doesn't blame himself for bringing Taylor into Dustin's life.
Yeah! And if Hitler, Stalin, Lenin & Mao had got Anger Management counseling, they wouldn't have done all those "nasty" things! Get Real! Jesus believed in the Death Penalty (Matthew 15:1-9). Read it and deal with it!
It's easy once you get over the natural hesitancy. That's one of the main things military training does: You don't think about enemies as human. You start thinking of them as subhuman threats. Watch Ukrainian or Russian propaganda, you'll see it from both sides.
@@wombatdk in the UK it’s just propaganda for Ukraine on the news networks. The bbc said in may/June/July Russia war running out of weapons/tanks everything and anything. It went from putin has dementia then Parkinson’s and finally cancer. Lol. The Russia-phobia is crazy in the UK.

I've lived in Calgary for 35 years. We have horrific issues with domestic violence and spousal homicides , there have been at many high profile cases like this one in recent years. Really disturbing , one was 2 blocks from my home.
It doesn't help that a man killing his girlfriend nets parole after 10 years, even after they determined that his actions had nothing to do with real mental illness. The sentencing in this case is really nauseating.

Yes! More content the better! Doesn’t always have to be murder cases. The one video you did about the guy who hijacked a plane has stuck with me and i’ve only watched it once. It’s nice to have other forms of cases, events, or mysterious to share.
This is an upsetting case, but as an Albertan it is nice to see local cases on this channel. I'm glad you take care to cover cases from all over the world.
Hello Adrian. I am open to viewing any topics selected. Your content and narration allow me to watch or listen to your opinions while I consider the stories from a psychological perspective. Many thanks and have a Happy Year !
As long as it's narrated by you, I can watch you/hear you talk about how potatoes are sacked, my dude. Happy new year and looking forward to your future endeavors!
Thanks Adrian for yet another good story, told with respect. We appreciate your work! I am also interested in these stories: - Abductions: people who may still be alive or people who got abducted and have escaped - Planned murders, hits or abductions gone wrong (criminals making stupid mistakes) - Survival stories: people who got through dangerous situations in a miraculous way PS LOVE your cat!
It's always so strange seeing a local story on a true crime channel. I've lived in Alberta my whole life so all the houses and everything is so familiar - plus I remember the case. It just makes it more real somehow.
Love your how you honor the victims. Please cover the Shanquella Robinson case, it’s so many confusing narratives & I think your coverage would do it justice.
I adore your intros in these videos. The little fun facts and travel guide style featurettes are so wonderful. It’s unique and memorable, and I hope you never change it. Coffeehouse videos are so warm and cozy despite the topic at hand, because you’re always so respectful and well-spoken.
Also those UFO vids are almost always just montages of already-seen footage, history of The First UFO, the various denials by authorities, a few interviews with superannuated "witnesses," and nothing new, nothing revelatory, nothing worthwhile. The fact that the government regularly denies UFOs is nothing new.
Anyone that has never experienced someone with roid rage cannot even begin to imagine what it does to someone’s mind. Their demeanor, temperament, who they are, EVERYTHING changes. They will have no control over their aggressive behavior towards anyone in their way. It will make a completely normal person an absolute monster. And then when they finally do get off of them, it’s usually massive weight gain. Don’t do drugs, y’all.
my DH and I are addicted to the point where he roasts our coffee for us, but I'd love to see how it's done on a commercial scale, so, yes please on the coffee stories!
I love your content from the first episode. Can you do the case of Michelle Krüger? A highschool girl who dissappeared in Berlin (Germany) in brought daylight. Her murderer took advantage of her kindness. Her mum was my colleague and still full of hope finding her alive :(
I live in Edmonton Alberta about 3hrs North of Calgary. I remember this case, it broke my heart when I heard it in the news. My heart weny out to the family and friends then and it still does now.
If you live close and have seen the true case you would know this video is bullshit and completely false... Most facts are not right... I know this because I'm Adam the brother
Your videos are always so amazing. To your question, I think a crime does not necessarily involve murder. Cases about other things would be very enjoyable too, there are a lot of things that happened to people that are still alive that need to be shared. Man this is such a tragic story that feels like another turn of events that could have been completely avoided if Dustin got the proper treatment for his mental health early on. He clearly had issues with anger and of course using steroids didn't help. It's times like these where people need to crack down on loved ones who they feel might become a danger to others or to themselves, whether that's an intervention or sending them to therapy/rehab. Especially after Dustin's threat to the family after getting kicked out. Hopefully the families who have lost their loved ones have had time to heal after this horrific situation. My heart hurts for them and I truly hope that Dustin can get the proper help he needs.
Thank you for all your work in making these videos. I love your cat. I think adding a new dimension to true crime is a great idea. North Sentinel Island is a fascinating story that many people probably don't know about. Happy new year and best of luck in the the New Year!!!
This seems like one of those cases where everything in the murderer's life just fell apart no matter what he did. You can say "it was because of this" or "his parents should have done this" but I don't think anyone made huge mistakes raising him or anything, it all just ended up wrong. Really a tragedy.
Such a sad sad story! My heart goes out to the family and friends impacted by this terrible crime! 😢 Happy New Year Adrian, looking forward to many more stories in 2023.
Yes, please bring attention to the highway of tears. Never enough coverage. Us Canadians appreciate that our cases are noticed, and every ounce of attention is greatly appreciated.
I never post RUclips comments under videos, but this is so important for people to hear about. Just how deep the racism and genocidal beliefs/actions, are still so very present, even today.
Adrian and Nero we wish you both a fantastic and fruitful 2023. Thanks for the video and look forward to seeing the new content ahead. Love and hugs from Australia xoxo
lived my whole life in this city, had heard of the case in passing, but when I saw the house where this family lived my stomach dropped. I've seen this house a million times. haunting to think that all that went down in such a quiet neighborhood.
Can you do the case of Geoff Farrar? It’s a murder that I don’t think for much coverage outside of our local rock climbing community. It happened just a little before I got into rock climbing and I had forgotten about it until my skills allowed me to climb in the same area as the murder.
The content is good, but we also enjoy your storytelling and delivery, editing, music and picture choice, formatting, etc. I think different types of content on this channel will be well receives. Good luck, and Happy New Year!!!
This is one of those cases that is just devastating all around. A man with a very troubled and dark past, and a very brutal ending that definitely could've been avoided had the two people never even met in the first place. Also, a man like Dustin taking steroids and hitting the gym 10 times a week could only lead to something this bleak, and if there's one thing I've learned in my life it's that you NEVER take threats lightly no matter what.
Whatever you do, please show off your cat more ❤ What a beautiful cat!! Please do talk about highway of tears! I think most people would be very much ok if you were more flexible in your content. Happy new year, take care and looking forward to your future videos! :)
I have recently come across your Channel. They way you tell each story brings them to life. You have a calming voice and it makes me want to just keep listening. Thankyou🙂 Whatever content you choose, I will be listening...
This was a very tough watch indeed Adrian, god bless the victims and may they all rip. Astonishing that the murderer appeared to have remorse whilst on trail because most killers don't.
You should do the story of John lang. he was a marine who allegedly killed himself, but has multiple video clips of the police harassing him! Love your content! 🙏🤙
There’s been a lot of content about the highway of tears by other creators and I personally find mysterious open ended stories like that often just leave you feeling disappointed and frustrated with more unanswered questions than you had to begin with. I just think the stories you cover where justice has been done or we know the outcome, there is a conclusion and it’s more enjoyable to watch. I always like the originality of your true crime videos and how you cover unknown/lesser known cases from all over the world. Also love to see your lovely cat 😻
I totally agree with you E.M. I steadfastly avoid watching true crime programs about unsolved crimes. They just leave me feeling hopeless and sad. There's enough hopelessness and sadness in the world, and, indeed in my every day life. I certainly don't need to add any more. I also don't need the fear of murderers roaming free, somewhere, anywhere, in this world.

In myestimation, the "help" he NEEDED, but was not able to receive, was a beat down, followed by a thoroughly kicked ass and the coup de grace: an enthusiastic throat punch 👊
@@J.C... he had just come from killing both of his parents when he called the cops that morning. The gf wasn't his only victim. He sounds empty and callous ,cold, not like he had already processed his sadness for murdering his gf and parents.

Get your spine checked
It's so rare to hear what seems like actual remorse in these cases. Of course he does need to be locked up away from society but this whole thing is just...sad for everyone.
Society is worse, he got removed from the delusion.
True. It seems 90% of true crime videos have murderers with no remorse. This was a surprise.
I always appreciate the dignity and quality you bring to these victims. Always making an effort to highlight the lives of the innocent victims and not just obsess over the darkness of the killers.
I love that the cat was wearing a Santa hat! Also, I’d love to see a crime story that has a happy ending.
Please may we see more of the cat? Gender, name? Please and thankyou :)
Don’t mind the switch in topics! Love all your contents and your voice is very comforting to listen to
I agree. I like the way content is covered in this channel so other topics would be fine by me!
Love the coffee plants! Love watching your videos, you tell the cases so well, and the victims are always so respected. Have an amazing new year :)
It is a very pretty plant.
I hope you are feeling better
“Who do we love?”
“Adrian!”
You can put out whatever content you believe we would enjoy and I would still watch it all. Have a blessed 2023 Adrian!
You do a fantastic job Adrian (cute to 😊) keep up the great work.
R.I.P Taylor, Shawn and Alan, my heart goes out to the families. Such a light sentence, he should have gotten 35 years for each murder and earliest parole at 100 years. I hope he never sees the light of day again.
That's Canada for you. Unbelievable, little value of life
What a sad situation for his brother and his girlfriend's family.
I would be very interested in a video from you on it ^.^
Man that dispatcher legit deserves a medal!
Yes to a variety of content: con artists, cults, kidnappings... mix it up! Happy New Year!

Agreed! 🤗
I've just got to say, mad props to that 911 operator! Way to keep their cool. What exemplary work under pressure and craziness..
It breaks my heart and makes me very angry, I can only imagine how they must feel. God bless them and I pray they find some measure of peace in time.
Adam shouldnt dare blame himself. Dating your exes brother is trashy.
Yeah! And if Hitler, Stalin, Lenin & Mao had got Anger Management counseling, they wouldn't have done all those "nasty" things!
Get Real!
Jesus believed in the Death Penalty (Matthew 15:1-9).
Read it and deal with it!
The reason I like this channel so much is because of how respectful you are to the victims. So much respect to you man. Keep up the great work
Hey Adrian! Happy New Year! 😊 God bless!
I can't imagine killing anyone, much less family members. Horrible. He didn't receive enough prison time.
Happy new year!!
How can the word parole be in the subject....Baffled !
It's easy once you get over the natural hesitancy. That's one of the main things military training does: You don't think about enemies as human. You start thinking of them as subhuman threats. Watch Ukrainian or Russian propaganda, you'll see it from both sides.
He doesn't deserve to draw another breath.
Dating your ex's brother is insane. Especially when he has a violent past.
Bro for real, this is the 2nd time this week I've heard of someone leaving their SO and dating their sibling. There'd be a real issue between my brother and I if one of us did that.
@@TheOverlordkillit feels like the ultimate betrayal to start something with your siblings ex. I would lose all trust in them and would go NC and everyone in the family who thinks this is okay.
Mind you, it still doesn't make murder okay.
Yeah not tryna blame the victim but that piece of info is definitely looking for trouble or creating drama. But also it seems she was attracted to wanting to fix him, like he needed her more which was maybe the justification for the emotional fallout from that sort of betrayal, she didn’t deserve what happened to her tho
@@TheOverlordkill why? It depends on the break up. You don't own people.
@@Kikokiki_tt not true. Some relationships are not serious at all, it's not a "betrayal."
@@leigha2814 pretty gross, we had some guy kill and dismember his wife back in 2012, he's on day parole now. They need to have mandatory minimums for spousal homicides
@@jasonmaki7804 they need to start caring about female lives before they'd actually make a move to truly punish and improve DV and DV murder rates. The world over has a horrible record for femicide and the treatment of women, in the anglosphere we try to act superior but reality doesn't lie.

Thanks Adrian for yet another good story, told with respect. We appreciate your work!

- Abductions: people who may still be alive or people who got abducted and have escaped
- Planned murders, hits or abductions gone wrong (criminals making stupid mistakes)
- Survival stories: people who got through dangerous situations in a miraculous way
PS LOVE your cat!
Big yes for expanding content beyond murders. I personally often enjoy heist stories. Happy New Year from Finland! 🇫🇮
Here I am again.. Binge-watching coffee house crime. Well done Adrian 👍🏿
I adore your intros in these videos. The little fun facts and travel guide style featurettes are so wonderful. It’s unique and memorable, and I hope you never change it.
Coffeehouse videos are so warm and cozy despite the topic at hand, because you’re always so respectful and well-spoken.
Yes, like mystery stories. Not so much ghost and UFO ones, they've been done to the extreme. Thanks for your work Adrian.
Please keep showing how coffee is made! Very interesting!
my DH and I are addicted to the point where he roasts our coffee for us, but I'd love to see how it's done on a commercial scale, so, yes please on the coffee stories!
I love your content from the first episode.

The way you present these cases, and your natural charisma that translates through the screen is what makes your channel so exceptional. 👌
You're doing a fine job Adrian. 🙏❤️
This is the most wholesome comment I've seen in the longest time. What a POWERFUL and BEAUTIFUL thing it is to witness kindness in this cruel world. ❤
I would like to hear other cases such as Highway of Tears and the Island one- I actually haven't heard of that one before
Thank you for all your work in making these videos.
Really a tragedy.
i mean just giving in to a violent and agressive boy instead of getting him the help he needs seems like a big mistake to me
Such a sad sad story!
Hope the new year is good to you, Adrian 🤗 Best wishes from Western Australia ✌🏻

I'd love to hear about other cases that don't necessarily have to do with murder, we love everything you do!
And just as I'm looking for a new video, boom coffeehouse crime comes through again. Thank you for all your hard work!
I’d love videos like strange disappearances! I love your videos and am happy with any variety you throw at us!
Happy new year Adrian and Nero! You are amazing. Thank you for your kindness. You rock!!
