Thank you for this tutorial! What breaking system replacement would you recommend? I've been using the original for over 4k miles now and seems to be wearing out. I also tried to take the break pad off and it's given me a headache so I left it alone.
Where did you end up getting your replacement bottom panel? My overzealous electric screwdriver has made a mess of mine. Preordered the rear sharkset, so I hope you make an install video for that because your one on the front was invaluable. Would also like to see the Fat Max motor tested in the future, because that looks like a meaty performance upgrade.

Unfortunately, I get a little mud and water come up my legs too with this suspension. I think best thing you can do for now is to create an extension fender maybe. I am patiently waiting for the Sharkset rear suspension ;)
@@ScootLetsGo Thanks for the suggestion man. I actually did end up adding an extension fender, basically the front one that was lying spare after installing front suspension. I drilled a hole through the back fender and put the the spare fender screw through it with few washers. Doesn't look pretty but its kind of working.
Hi! when you install the second battery are they connected together ? i mean they work at the same time ? Can you fry your engine while using 2 battery ? I need an upgrade because now i do like 40km with my own battery so i need to double it. what do you recommand ?
The batteries are supposed to be connected in series. Internal is 36V, external is 12v. In case you're getting any ideas, I once tried to use an ebike parallel battery device to connect another 36V battery in parallel and somehow it fried multiple controllers as I kept trying, and no, it wasn't my technique because I made it work on an ebike doing the same thing. Each time I tried, the scooter would work until I used the brake (activating regen) and then it would die. The controllers all had a blown chip afterwards.
Hi, these tires are non offcial off road ones. Which are slightly larger. You can checkout the video when I put them on. However, I would probably recommend that you stick with the factory tires.
I actually haven’t had a chance to range test with this on. However it’s not really going to add more range as it’s more of a power upgrade. You can get range extender batteries from my max mods.
sharkset says their rear suspension will start shipping out next january, are you going to have it before then? I'd like to see a video about it before i buy. thanks

someone has been putting kaabo 10 wheels onto them Segway ninebot g30 and it's looks way better then stock wheels and best way to installing alarm kit to scare most thieves during day/night it's helps saves own scooter without getting stolen without any hassles and I would say Segway ninebot is too notch for having so many good features setup for streets only
I got mine used but it didn’t come with charger for 48v battery and when I ordered the battery it still not powering the scooter after charging so do I need to flash it or is it possible that the battery is damaged?
Will this work with a g30p? Xiaoflasher doesn't want to seem to work with it other than the brake lights flashing and it says that I need to use it in order for it to work. Any help would be truly appreciated!
It appears to me that my existing battery cable comes straight from the battery directly to the controller. Does this mean I have the new 1.1 AT-based controller? And will I still be able to flash with this?
This battery is more designed for extra speed. So wouldn’t get much more range from it. If you want more range. There are batteries that are designed for it. And my max mods sells both types

My kids have several F35 scooters that are 36v. I have a pile of 48v batteries for my ebikes. Would drilling a hole and popping the Xt60 out of the scooter and plugging in my 48v batteries be a plug n play solution? Charging them externally with the ebike charger. Or is the controller, motor all sized for 36v and will be ruined by feeding them 48v does anyone know?
Ninebot wiring is pretty much The simplest to trace and add to if you wanted. Now my curiosity; Could i do this on my F30? I dont doubt it. Then again, I'm no electrician

@@ScootLetsGo He took the scoot to a pro mechanic and they discovered that the connectors from motor had melted. Suggests replacing with M60 connector (heavy 3 wire connector).
Ginger did a ride test in 100 degree weather and melted the stock phase connectors. We did the video with him and upgraded his phase connectors afterwards. But it was due to the stock plastic connectors & even happens stock.
@@Mymaxmods It does happen stock which is why I have MR60 connectors ready for when my kit from you arrives. As for the temps...they ride all year round in Aus and 100deg. is nada down there LOL
Indeed, even stock connectors melt mostly when you adapt the firmware already a little bit , so for sure do an upgrade of those when you go 48v … plenty of options.
I dont understand why you did not show at what point you flash the scooter. You just say it needs done and then mention that you already have a video showing it but the one you link is for a windows laptop?? You also never actually hook the whole system up as you end the video with only the main battery hooked up. Very disappointed bud. This is only half an install video , not a "how to" as the tile suggests. Are you going to make a follow up explaining what you left out and with the job actually completed? All of your other how to videos are very detailed and some of the best on the internet. Really too bad this one is done so casually without concern for accuracy.

I did have covid at this time and it drained the life out of me. As for showing the wiring. I did show this at 10:00 minutes in. The firmware can be updated at any time as it will not mess with the scooter if the battery is not installed. Forgive me on this one. Better content will come :).

Did you know? scooter tires with the 10x2.75-6.5" dimension fits perfectly on these bikes. it's a match made in heaven, I use it on mine and it raised the bike 1" off the ground. I had to use a tube with these tires though but since I changed from stock I haven't had a single flat
ohh by the way, 10x2.75-6.5" fits inside the stock fenders of the ninebot max, you don't need to modify or remove them when you use this tire size for the ninebot. it cost me about $40 with shipping on aliexpress and you can get both city and off-road tires in this dimension. Must have upgrade :)

thread lock is not a sealant, those battery cover screws are already a goddamn pain in the ass no reason to make them a bigger pain in the ass. that little 12v battery was a big waste of money and time.

All that red cable wrap makes it look so tatty, it's so cheap it's basically clear. Should of spent a bit more. My autistic brother could have done a better job

do you need to unplug the ext battery to charge both batteries or I can plug both at the same time while being still connected in parallels?
Highly recommended that you charge separately and unplugged from the scooter

It’s lighter. But you wouldn’t get very far with it. As it needs a bms and it’s only 12 volts.

My 48v battery came with two 3d printed brackets for solid mounting to the stem of the scooter.
You must have purchased mine after I did. Unfortunately, I didn't get these.

Much better to mount the new battery on the handlebar stem, otherwise it takes up too much room at your feet.
