Those BMS have a special firmware installed to prevent theft of the scooter. That is why it cuts out aprox at 30 seconds. You would need to flash non-rental firmware into the BMS. I do still suspect you will need the BLE which is the display that's mounted by the handlebar. The drive also may need to be there.....ALL flashed with non-rental firmware. Not too hard to do but TONS of information on the internet how to do this. I had almost 700 of these spin scooters and reflashed about half of them for resale..... Another trick is to bypas the mosfets all together. I did that after the fuse and was able to pull power without it cutting out....no BMS flash needed. Cheap and dirty. I may buy a few of these from you as I am short batteries at this point.

these came from Segway/Ninebot Rental scooters. SNC 2.2 and SNC2.3. Used by Lyft / Spin / Bird 3 / Veo and others . Bring them up to 30v-34 after that you can use a 2 , 3 ,4 amp 42volt charger. EOL sent to recyclers some charge some do not , good for 80 percent of rated value. Sprout recycler in NC process pallets and pallets of these

Only till 7.5 amps charging not sure cell current rating for charging them up. Will be grouping it up for 72v for a Uber scooter motor and scooter swapped out for 3000w. From a 1000w. I have a lot of experience with these bms of g30 battery's, they are crap, if they go out they out, you can wake them up but it will die eventually they are very unreliable and will not output continuously if they are from a rental units also they need to be programmed property.. i suggest to just bypass the original bms and put something else, especially if your not gonna use it in the scooter again.
P.s bms have a small button press it or hold it, the bms should reset itself. Also there is programming pins. And you are very wrong about rental unit battery, it will somewhat work in a non rental scooter but it will shutdown randomly. The bms needs to be reprogrammed, there is more info on scooter hacking forums.
I'm sorry but you have many pallets of annoying problems and the cells ar not that good they mostly around at 1700 mah per cell they usually are very degraded.
