I love the way he views acting and his deep attachment to his roles. He really gives everything every time. Such a nice little window into his process and what he views important in life
It upsets me that he gets hate for being so dedicated to his roles. He is not a shiny always smiling classic hollywood personality so people hate on him. Hes unique! In an industry of people who try to all be the same.
Man I am so glad there people like Jeremy still. People who put a lot of thought into things and who actually READ BOOKS. Sometimes I think I'm alone in this.
It takes a very special kind of charisma to speak about things the way he does without coming off pretentious and snobby. Most actors who describe their "craft" in this way would make me cringe, but he seems authentically passionate in a way that is endearing.

The fact that he almost played Roman makes me so mad. HE IS Kendall Roy and no one else could have played that role to perfection like him 👏🏼👏🏼
He's so incredibly fascinating. I could listen to him talk for hours
It upsets me that he gets hate for being so dedicated to his roles. He is not a shiny always smiling classic hollywood personality so people hate on him. Hes unique! In an industry of people who try to all be the same.
He backs up all his “actory” stuff with actual incredible acting. God, that show is flawless.
Man I am so glad there people like Jeremy still. People who put a lot of thought into things and who actually READ BOOKS. Sometimes I think I'm alone in this.
the way he keeps talking in the first person, as though he is kendall. “my sister’s wedding.”
It takes a very special kind of charisma to speak about things the way he does without coming off pretentious and snobby. Most actors who describe their "craft" in this way would make me cringe, but he seems authentically passionate in a way that is endearing.
This is so ridiculously absurd but also iconic. We don’t deserve him !!!!!
this is the best, the BEST 10 things i can't live without video EVER. I got to know him as a person, as an artist, and as a consumer of art. Perfect.
It’s really awesome how proud he is of succession. It really is a special show
Such a brilliant episode! So glad you guys brought him on here. His items were very unique & intentional . You can tell how invested he is in his art. Very inspiring.
One of the more in-depth episodes of this series, ever. Excellent.
Flash?😳
I love how sentimental and thoughtful this is. He really is the gentle side of Kendall.
Jeremy Strong is the reason I started watching Succession. This man is such a talented powerhouse. Please don't let them get you to do any of those DC and Marvel garbage movies Jeremy. You are a treasure.
I appreciate his willingness to be vulnerable and open for something as small as a fun GQ segment. It seems like men's stories, viewpoints, and influence are what brings meaning to his life.
What's incredible is that I can see both Jeremy and Kendall at the same time while watching this. I know his acting methods are controversial to some, but I liked when he said "I know when one ends and the other begins"
i love the way he gives the various artists credit by name. so many awesome recs to dive into. really respect how this guy shows up as, at least in the manicured "public eye"
I'd just like to say thank you to jeremy for being authentic and allowing us such intimate and personal insight. It's really refreshing to see people being so real these days
jeremy seems to take everything he does seriously and earnestly, without coming off as a jerk. GQ gave him homework for this little video and he still gave it his all
I used to ask myself why is Kendall so captivating in this show.
Turns out Jeremy Strong himself is so captivating to watch too❤❤❤❤
he’s a beautiful person. creative and appreciative of creativity of others. I’m happy when I see his rare interviews. feels like he belongs to the world of movies. in a very good sense of it.
Such a unique personality there’s not really anyone like him I’m a fan
Him smiling is my daily medicine. Also i love that he has those props with him.
Brilliant actor. Hope to see him in more stuff
He is such a fascinating human being and actor. Can’t wait to see what he does next
Jeremy Strong plays Jeremy Strong in Succession
Glenn Gould is a musical hero of mine, nice to hear Jeremy holds him high regard himself.
i genuinely love his brain
i am all convinced to read all those books he liked. also, i have to praise how Jeremy explained each books effortlessly inteligence.
he's so so self serious i truly love him so much
This guy should win an Emmy for top 10 things performance.
Binder as an exoskeleton. Love him so much. Also as an actor he’s so inspiring to me. He’s fantastic and super weird and I will never not love him
A very profound interview...not seen in such a long time. Thank you, Jeremy-Kendall!
i really can't explain how mesmerized I am by him. what a clever, humble and interesting person
We want the Director's Cut version of this lasting 2 hours as it actually did.
What a stud, sincerely intellectual and unique without pretension
You can't take the audience to "that" place unless you've truly been there yourself. He integrates everything available to feed himself and then expresses it all in his craft. He's expanding all the time and i'm here for it. Some of the books he talks about tells me a lot about where hes willing to go
Love Jeremy Strong. You can tell he’s in Kendall mode rn
Agreed!
His "Shivy Shivy Shivy" still haunts me to this day
His stare and low voice are hypnothical, mesmerizing. At the same time, it kind of scares me
Cool.
Just finished Succession recently. Hey I’m glad to see “Kendall”’s smile in this video and talk so fluently. I feel cured.
"The purpose of art is not the release of a momentary ejection of adrenaline but is, rather, the gradual, lifelong construction of a state of wonder and serenity." - Man...did I need to hear that today. Thanks Jeremy...and Glenn!
Interesting how Kendall's initials are KLR...killer
Wow
