My dad, who plays classical, left my family when I was in 5th grade. I discovered Opeth when I was a freshman, this song being the first I heard of them, and it forever changed my perspective of music. Being a nu-"metal" head prior to freshman year, I'd play slipknot when my dad would visit to bother him. I played this song on his next visit prepared for negative remarks...Today he's a HUGE fan of Opeth and other associated artists like I am and it helped us reconnect greatly.

+Wolven Throne unfortunately there's a reason he left Bloodbath and only does clean vocals on the latest releases with Opeth, his throat is fucked up..
He was one of the best metal vocalists around, take a look at the Wacken Carnage video from 2008 and compare them to the later live shows with Bloodbath you will se what I mean..
In my opinion, it is very sad that his voice is fucked up..

    My favorite song by them
    "Majesty
    Faithful me
    Pour yourself
    Into me
    Wield your power
    Martyr's price
    Stare me down
    To the ground
    Slake my thirst
    Eternal wealth
    Heathen key
    Round my neck
    The eyes of the devil
    Fixed on his sinners
    This poetry
    Our blasphemy
    Know the sounds
    Of infamy
    The eyes of the devil
    Fixed on his sinners
    The hands of Satan
    Assembling his flock
    Pale horse rider
    Searching the earth
    Whispered conjuration
    A belief takes form
    Choking hand tapping
    The veins in your throat
    His orders in your mouth
    A decree for domination
    Beneath the tides of wisdom
    Spins the undertow of hate
    Injected seeds of vengeance
    Usurper's eyes of the powerless
    Clean path to his kingdom
    Beckoning in the mist
    Tell my why
    Love subsides
    In the light
    Of your wishes
    Say my name
    Ease the pain
    Clear the smoke
    In my head"

Inigo Guzman Tool is very different. They don't necessarily build an atmosphere like Floyd or Opeth do; Tool just plows through with raw emotion.
Opeth and Floyd build, crash, roar and at times are insanely soft and intricate.
They build an atmosphere and make you live it. It's a different experience to listen to the two bands.
P.S. In no way am I saying Tool is bad. I love Tool, but they're different in their style.

Someone on RUclips once complained about that Opeth did this album after a gig with Dream Theater and that it sound too much like Dream Theater.
Should musicians live in a vacuum then? And who the hell cares what something sounds like if it's this fucking good.
And no, this is not a Dream Theater copy.
