I used Leonardo AI for the visuals. You can generate, then add motion to the visuals therein. For the face swapped Justin Trudeau, I used an app on my Android phone called photoleap. I do my own epic narrations and music. For editing, I edited it all together with Adobe Premiere, with a VHS filter.
You can get the same results with free open source software like SDXL, which can do also add motion. However, it takes many more tries and very good prompting to get good results. Also, you need a very beefy PC to run SDXL.
Yes, you can monetize AI generated content on RUclips. There are stipulations, though. The generated content needs to provide some value, whatever that means. In my case, I am using AI generated images to showcase my own musical creations.
@@CrimeaRivercan't beat something created by a human. These AI generated scenes are obviously AI and can't substitute human creativity. However, I don't make any money off of my music, and won't pay an artist to make images for music I don't make money on. When I start making money, then, yes, I will work with real artists.

@@CrimeaRiverThe video was made to showcase my music and narration. Plus as niche humour for my culture. Nothing more nothing less.
@@24boettcher You'll render those artists unemployed before you can afford them.
