- Hey everyone! This pineapple pound cake from scratch has a rich, buttery taste with a light pineapple flavor, topped off with a cream cheese glaze.
A pineapple bundt cake is a perfect treat for summer. This cake has a pound cake-like texture to it, but it’s still super moist with the help of sour cream.

Can I make it with pineapple jam ? Thank you
Not sure. I haven’t tried that so I can’t say how it would turn out. Would probably add a lot more sweetness though…maybe too much. The pineapple is also adding some liquid which helps make the cake moist so using the jam, the cake may not turn out as moist.
It’s worth experimenting with though if you like.
