Lazy Way
1. Pour 8-12 oz of milk in blender
2. Add a scoop of matcha powder to desired liking (optional, add your simple syrup)
3. Blend until powder dissolves
4. Pour over cup of ice

i used to make my matcha like this until i lived in Japan and my coworkers all told me they used electric milk frothers lol
Rowan Jones yo. I use an electric milk frother. It’s so nice. Only takes like 2 seconds for the matcha to mix in and make a frothy matcha. No clumps either 👍🏼

Rowan Jones I used to whisk my matcha with the chasen until I got a milk frother. Sift the matcha into the frothier and let it whisk and heat up the matcha... thick head of creamy matcha foam and well mixed matcha. Chasen seems like so much work now...
i dont have a frother so i make matcha in my blender

Every time I do this the matcha goes right to the bottom of the cup and the milk stays at the top which makes me feel like I'm not pouring it right what do
I do
2tsp matcha, sifted
70-100ml hot water, mix until no clumps and frothy
Mix in simple syrup, per taste
1 cup ice cubes
Milk
Pour matcha on milk
Enjoy!

yall dont need fancy tools yes theyre great but improvise i used random bowl tea siff and spoon and a fork for mixing turned out pretty good! 10/10 recommend honey as sweetener also tastes great with tapioka
