How are they jeopardizing the case? Is it because they accepted interviews with mainstream news media? Can't be since witnesses do that all the time. They turned over the stolen property/information to the authorities. It wasn't as if they stole it or contacted their "source" to go and get it for them. I mean, if Person A (thief, who was caught and awaiting trial, but had gotten rid of the goods) broke into a jewelry store and took a necklace and gave it to Person B (receiver of stolen goods); then Person B, thinking someone else would know what to do with it, gave it to Person C; but Person C, fearing his/her involvement for receiving stolen goods, gives it to Person D (an attorney) who is willing to turn it over to the police with all the evidence of the crime that was handed down, how did Person D jeopardize the case against Person A (the thief)? Now, what if Person A was NOT the thief (police thinks he was) and was in jail awaiting trial and Real Thief was still out there, explain how Person D turning over the stolen goods to the police is jeopardizing the case? It jeopardizes the "belief" that Person A is guilty (after all, he is in jail) and if those stolen goods would prove that he didn't do it, then it jeopardizes a "belief" not justice.

So, I am on a defense lawyer's YT channel also (Crime Talk) and he went over why the defense lawyers had to suddenly quit. The defense lawyers were legally responsible for the safe keeping of the court documents in their custody and, since under their watch, some were leaked...the defense lawyers can be possibly held liable, so that's why one of the defense lawyers has HIS own lawyer and the other one is probably going to lawyer up also...because the defense lawyers now have to defend themselves legally, separately from the case. Just a mess.
If a grievance was filed with the Indiana State Bar Association, conflict of interest would have demanded the attorneys immediately resign from the contested case. I mean, if Person A (thief, who was caught and awaiting trial, but had gotten rid of the goods) broke into a jewelry store and took a necklace and gave it to Person B (receiver of stolen goods); then Person B, thinking someone else would know what to do with it, gave it to Person C; but Person C, fearing his/her involvement for receiving stolen goods, gives it to Person D (an attorney) who is willing to turn it over to the police with all the evidence of the crime that was handed down, how did Person D jeopardize the case against Person A (the thief)? Now, what if Person A was NOT the thief (police thinks he was) and was in jail awaiting trial and Real Thief was still out there, explain how Person D turning over the stolen goods to the police is jeopardizing the case? It jeopardizes the "belief" that Person A is guilty (after all, he is in jail) and if those stolen goods would prove that he didn't do it, then it jeopardizes a "belief" not justice.

I have the same questions. According to the podcasters, their "source" thought it would be helpful to the defense to support their theory. But that doesn't make sense. It was the defense attorney's co-worker/friend who "stole" them and sent them to a middleman who sent them to the podcaster's source. Sooooo, the defense already had the photos. So, I am on a defense lawyer's YT channel also (Crime Talk) and he went over why the defense lawyers had to suddenly quit. The defense lawyers were legally responsible for the safe keeping of the court documents in their custody and, since under their watch, some were leaked...the defense lawyers can be possibly held liable, so that's why one of the defense lawyers has HIS own lawyer and the other one is probably going to lawyer up also...because the defense lawyers now have to defend themselves legally, separately from the case. Just a mess.

But, then supposesly (driven back after the crime?) reparked between 3:30pm to 5pm ... at the CPS building again but, empty. Presuming the same car. And, presuming RA wasnt parked somewhere else?

They withdrew themselves as an option to prevent disciplinary actions. They broke their oath when sequestered evidence was stolen by someone who had gained access to their files by negligence. These lawyers broke a legal precedent in negligence, due diligence, in preventing this access to laypersons who may travel through their offices inadvertently. Too many Indians, lazy chiefs.
