The State -- law enforcement and prosecution -- has been mishandling this case from the get-go. Or sabotaging it. Only one thing that I can think of would make Allen's attorneys quit so suddenly, especially as one of them, hours earlier, had a lawyer of his own to explain why he SHOULDN'T be removed. The leak of documents was big, and it was entirely the defense's fault. Two parties were in a position to file a complaint with the bar association about it. This would make it a conflict of interest for them to continue representing Richard Allen. Judge Gull was one of those parties. The prosecution was the other. Nice move, Nick. We see you.

If they went on his computer and took photos of these pictures on his laptop, the person needs to be prosecuted. The judge should’ve sucked it up and allowed the attys to stay on the case. Seems like an inside job on the part of someone again violating his rights.
If someone is determined to leak photos they will make it happen. The attorneys can protect discovery but only so much. They should be able to trust their paralegals and staff. It’s ok when the state leaks information but not the defense? That happens all the time. Look at our Government for heavens sake. This leaker is a whistleblower in my opinion. This isn't a strange case. It's an act of desperation by a man who's terrified of dying at the hands of the state for slaughtering two little girls. MS is out of their depth here to claim that "tHeY DoN't kNoW wHo LeAked" the crime scene photos. Prosecutors never do this because it undermines discovery and they're idiots if they think anyone other than defense is responsible for this. Shocker: Three months later someone working for the defense team is arrested and charged for the leak. Act of desperation after act of desperation. Discovery may have shown the defense that they have more evidence that what was previously thought. These stupid True Crime podcasters are the worst thing to happen to justice for these two girls. This doesn’t smell right. Clearly the defense attorneys wouldn’t leak the photos & one even said that he trusted someone to have access to his office & remedied the situation by locking up everything regarding the case. He obviously didn’t want to be taken off the case & was genuinely fighting for Allen. I’d almost bet that the defense attorneys were given the option to either recuse themselves from the case or have possible charges/sanctions against them that could potentially lead to the loss of their licenses. I feel like they were getting too close & certain individuals were getting uncomfortable. It seems like this was a deliberate move. Someone wanted these attorneys off the case bc they were fighting too hard for Allen & bc the were uncovering the truth & therefore possibly proving Allen’s innocence while exposing someone else’s guilt. What better way to dismantle a defense that’s hellbent on exposing corruption. They never counted on a public defender to go this hard for a client and I almost guarantee that the next one appointed will either abandoned this entire theory or just half ass it & not fight as hard as the other attorneys. This whole case is unbelievable. It makes you wonder why RA’s wife & mother was crying so hard just bc public defenders were be removed from the case & new ones being appointed…it’s probably bc at that moment they realized that the other side (Odin’s, LE, state or whoever) finally won & they felt like they lost the only chance they had to prove RA’s innocence. 🤷🏽♀️IMO. It’s wild.., but so is this whole case & it definitely wouldn’t surprise me.
Baldwin and his leaker friend will be lucky not to be sued for wrongful death of the person they passed it all too since he killed himself over all this. They will be very lucky not to face a class action from the girls families for emotional distress and gross negligence their leaking has caused them.

This man is a patsy he is being so railroaded. Now he's going to sit in jail for another 2 years. What happened to a right to a speedy trial this guy is not going to get it. If he confessed to his family why are they still standing by him, because they know him and they know he didn't do this he was obviously coerced into saying he did it over the phone. Unfortunately he waved his right to a speedy trial. He had that opportunity to have one within the first 70 days. He refused. So if his actually innocent, he is screwed. Most innocent people would have that speedy trial in 70 days. So why didn’t he?

I think he was part of that cult and his job was to round up the girls.. but I truly do believe in the ritual killing. Especially now that the correctional officer said they were wearing the patches. Sounds crazy but the loss of weight almost sounds like a pagan curse. To me he definitely looks like BG and I think he used the gun to move them to a vehicle to take them to the ritual later that night. I think when they called off the search a few of them brought the bodies back placed the sticks and wrote the F on the tree. At this point they should release Allen to house arrest. The guards have admitted to wearing the Odinite patches, which in itself is indicative of an unprofessional and creepy prison environment, even if it doesn't go as far as the murders being a ritual sacrifice. And it's not Allen's fault his lawyers were careless with securing the crime scene photos.

The two now-ex attorneys for Richard had done a huge work in this frank hearing. I don’t believe they would have volontarely done anything to jeopardize the defense of their client. They pissed of many people with their theories. What if the leaked photos were designed to blow up completely their work ? Could it be in order to successfully remove them from the case ? Do those two attorneys have been heavily threatened ?
No attorneys just walk away from a slam dunk case. The person they originally gave the photos to helped them with this theory. This person didn’t just have photos that he took while people weren’t looking. He had travel schedules and meetings set up and that’s why they removed themselves this morning because the prosecution brought witnesses that was going to prove their memo of being screwed over by a friend want going to be entirely true. The lawyers are scum bags and everything they have told us about the evidence and what their interpretation is should not be believed after this. No one threatened them. 100% whenever I hear about arrests happening years later is because of DNA. This came out of nowhere and I still haven't heard why he is guilty other than a passing resemblance to bridge guy and proximity to the crime. I haven't seen any DNA, any weird texts, Google searches, phone pings, witnesses, then attorney's getting recused a man with zero question marks in his past, a family that is right behind him. @@amandanegrete1306 He was by far the easiest option when panic set in that Tony Liggett might lose the sheriff election to a challenger who specifically said he will put all new eyes on this case. RA was the only male who came forward about being at the trail that day so, with one week left until the election, they arrested him - after 5.5 years of nothing. Witnesses made it clear that other males were at the trails, including a young one at the bridge, but law enforcement just had to go with the one who volunteered himself as that was the only name they actually knew.

I don't think that a leak of crime scene photos helped the defense at all. They made the critical points that they needed to in that memorandum. I wasn't the least bit curious about crime scene photos, personally. I felt from just that memorandum that I gained a comprehensive understanding of the horror that had happened to these innocent lovely young girls. I don't think that anyone who is legally educated would have thought that this would help the defense either. Anyone who works in an attorney's office knows how digital evidence works. Of course, anything put out there was going to be traced back to them. It's just ridiculous. Again, the only persons helped by this are the DA and investigators cited in that Frank's memorandum. The other question that still nags at me is WHY would these photos have been shared with the hosts of a crappy little podcast, rather than say--The Daily Mail? If you really want to make a mark--share it with a tabloid that will give this effort some punch. No one outside this case cares about the Murder Sheet. You want to make eventual bank, find a real news source. Murder Sheet are not journalists. But they do appear to be shilling for the prosecution. The proper thing for them to have done would have been to report this to the authorities and wait to get all the information before talking about it on their little insignificant podcast. It was reported that when Richard confessed to her (allegedly he was forced and threatened into confessing) and instead of questioning anything he said, his wife hung up the phone. I don’t think she believed him and after this Frank’s Motion, I am confident she is aware her husband is being framed. When there’s this much secrecy around a case then that is never a good sign. Our government and LE are expected to do their work with transparency and accountability. Gag order here or there. Sealed filings here and there. That’s normal and acceptable. What’s not normal is having a case that is has been as secret as this one has been. We’ve started to get little glimpses into the corruption going on under our noses after the Michael Thomas lawsuit and all of the shenanigans that’s went on over the last year are not all coincidences. It is very sad that this is happening but it’s clear there are some people out there who have some serious control over the people of this town. I dont think Richard is the guy. I feel really bad for him actually because jail/prison absolutely have so much corruption and total control over a person. There’s only so many cameras and you’re only safe so much of the time. I assure you if he confessed and he’s innocent then they’re making his life a living hell. I worked in a county jail for a few months and I quit because I couldn’t turn a blind eye to all of the horrible things I saw happening to inmates. Jailers would purposely make inmates like hell at my jail. Someone would be booked in and they were required to have certain necessities, a calling card being one with their own private pin and they would purposely “accidentally” run out and tell them they’ll get them one soon and everytime they’d ask a guard for a card so they could call a bondsman or even their family, that guard would assure them that they’ll check into it. They’d forget about it the instant they walked away. They didn’t care. They thought it was funny. They felt Ike they’d deserved it. I swear sometimes it would be 3 days later before they would get one. If they were non English speaking….hang it up I can’t recall ever a time they got their card before 3-4 days. It was disgusting. It made me sick. After so long I left. I can’t imagine how much worse it would be at a worse jail or prison where they have more authority and control over the inmates than the the piss ant jailers did at the little county jail I worked at.
The defense team disseminated crime scene photos to more than one True Crime Podcast. Murder Sheet Podcast, along with others contacted authorities that they received them. Some Podcasters and TC Programmers chose to look at them, some chose to talk about it, some chose not to, but many had been talking about the photos for weeks and admitted on Air that they were sent to them without asking for them.
No one is claiming that the defense team disseminated anything, so please get your facts straight. The last thing this case needs is more disinformation. The only public record for this is the memorandum written by Baldwin's attorney, and this clearly states that an ex employee was given use of Baldwin's office space, and while in that space was able to access evidence from the Allen case. He or she copied or photographed some of this evidence and then shared it with another person, who shared it with others. What is important to look at in a breach like this is, who benefits? We don't know what the ex-employee's motives were. Could they have been paid to do this? Could they have expected a payoff down the road? Anyone who has ever worked in a law office knows how critical attorney/client privilege is. They know that to lift evidence is an extreme violation of all kinds of ethics and rules of professional conduct--so why would they do it? They must be either an associate attorney or a paralegal, or legal assistant--I'm assuming this ex-employee did more than just answer the phones. To do something like this, even if they don't face criminal charges, would certainly destroy their legal career. Why would someone risk destroying their legal career just to post to Facebook? Legit question: Since when do defendants suggest who else committed the crime after confessing to it? He's owed the full measure of fairness re: investigation and due process. There doesn’t have to be a reason for release of these images. Someone could have just been pissed off or just a mental case. Why do people kill children? Why do people murder? Why did the girls go on this venture? Did one of the boyfriends lure them out? Switching the clothes on the girls seems rather crazy or just prankish and immature. It's so clear that the MS podcasters are working in concert with prosecutors in this case. The use of podcasters by prosecutors is an interesting and somewhat new, phenomenon. I've witnessed this on few cases where this was actually confirmed and the issue brought up by the defense. Even without anyone admitting to it, it is clear that this is happening on this case. There are two "tells" to support this: For one, the degree to which these unremarkable podcasters claim they spoke to Click and are repeating his statements is totally revealing---Click violated the gag order! (but these two are so obtuse as to not even realize what they, in fact, revealed about Click); Second, why is an investigator discussing details of on ongoing case with podcasters anyway? Even if there wasn't a gag order in place, this would be highly inappropriate and unethical. The other major tell, is that when pretty much the entire legal community did not expect defense counsel to be taken off this case, these two yahoos were certain this would happen. They claim they received this information from a "credible source". I doubt very much that this "credible source" was from the defense. Even Judge Gull was surprised by the departure of defense counsel, so who but the prosecution could have anticipated this? To be that intuitively "in the know" is improbable here, especially considering that these two are not the brightest bulbs on the tree. Someone from the prosecution is clearly feeding these two information. And thankfully Gull does not seem to be complicit. Judge Gull did make it clear that the fat lady has not sung yet regarding the issue of the Frank's motion and evidence suppression. She made it very clear to the prosecution that whoever takes over this case will be fully apprised of everything the defense knows. And given how hard the defense has worked on their client's behalf, they appear to know a great deal.
The D-team has leaked plenty to MSM, Podcasters, and many with Internet Platforms. Not a new phenomenon, Lawyers have always given juices tidbits to reporters to advance their narratives. Both sides have always done it.
There is a difference between giving mainstream media an interview and feeding information surreptitiously to a podcast. I can't prove at this time that this latest data dump came from the DA or one of the investigating agencies on this case, but when you look at who this "leak" actually benefits, and who would have been in possession of some of the information that MS had, it all points to the DA. Just like in a criminal case you follow the money when looking for persons of interest, with a data breach like this , it's important to note who actually benefitted from this "leak". It's very aggrevating when LEO'S are done they're done! They called off looking for my aunt who had dementia, she was in the stages of in & out of it & it really pissed me off! How could they do that! Just leave an elderly woman outside in the dark all night, & it's the same with these 2 children & others🤬 They hadn't even searched within an 1/8 of a mile all around their home & they were done! They searched 1 field, & I flat out said she wouldn't go that way, that they needed to search the other field which would be a familiar way for her to go, and they said NO! & NO, that we couldn't search it either!😡 Within 15 mins of them calling off the search, she popped out of the very field I said she was in, TG, but the great part is she made it home & made these Indiana LEO'S look like total freakin' idiots, by not even listening to a family member😢 With these 2 girls, the groups should've been able to go in every direction & they didn't. Some even said it's like they were all forced to go one way, the wrong way! At dusk, it came over a walkie-talkie that the girls were found, so many people left thinking they were found, others stayed & waited a very long time for confirmation then it came back over the walkie-talkie No they weren't found, but searchers had already left😢 I thought later. Wow, was that done on purpose?🤔 Later that evening it was getting very dark & on one person's live stream, that was in a group, but she wanted to go that way, right where L&A were ultimately found, but she/they saw a very bright light over there, she showed the bright light on her stream & she said no point in searching over there because whoever was over there has such a bright light that it lit up the whole area like daylight, so they all figured those people wouldn't miss a thing, since it was so well lit up, so they turned to go another way😢 But who was over there with that bright light?🤔 Also some other people in groups & 2 who weren't in groups but all were searching had said some odd things, like they had also been steered away from going over there😮 i think one was an officer who had a walkie-talkie & I know from their live stream that one was wearing a flannel shirt! So, Why & Who were these people that were steering other people away?🤔 Extremely Odd! I thought had they been found that first night, & searchers were lied to, still search because they may stumble upon more evidence, or did the killer(s) come back to the area to bring L&A there & were they the ones with that bright light, & were they the ones forcing others to turn away🤔

@jimnasium7700 they had quite a lot of people searching for them. Some didn't have flashlights & left at dusk, & many left due to that early broardcast they were found, but they weren't found! I think some others stayed & searched until they were absolutely worn out, & I think the fog was rolling in in those wee hours as well, but I agree, stay & search until you can't, but had all of those groups been dispersed throughout the whole property's appropriately, & if those girls were there, they'd likely would've been found that evening 😞

Only one thing that I can think of would make Allen's attorneys quit so suddenly, especially as one of them, hours earlier, had a lawyer of his own to explain why he SHOULDN'T be removed. The leak of documents was big, and it was entirely the defense's fault. Two parties were in a position to file a complaint with the bar association about it. This would make it a conflict of interest for them to continue representing Richard Allen. Judge Gull was one of those parties. The prosecution was the other. Nice move, Nick. We see you.

If someone is determined to leak photos they will make it happen. The attorneys can protect discovery but only so much. They should be able to trust their paralegals and staff. Clearly the defense attorneys wouldn’t leak the photos & one even said that he trusted someone to have access to his office & remedied the situation by locking up everything regarding the case. He obviously didn’t want to be taken off the case & was genuinely fighting for Allen. I’d almost bet that the defense attorneys were given the option to either recuse themselves from the case or have possible charges/sanctions against them that could potentially lead to the loss of their licenses. I feel like they were getting too close & certain individuals were getting uncomfortable. It seems like this was a deliberate move. Someone wanted these attorneys off the case bc they were fighting too hard for Allen & bc the were uncovering the truth & therefore possibly proving Allen’s innocence while exposing someone else’s guilt. What better way to dismantle a defense that’s hellbent on exposing corruption. They never counted on a public defender to go this hard for a client and I almost guarantee that the next one appointed will either abandoned this entire theory or just half ass it & not fight as hard as the other attorneys. This whole case is unbelievable. It makes you wonder why RA’s wife & mother was crying so hard just bc public defenders were be removed from the case & new ones being appointed…it’s probably bc at that moment they realized that the other side (Odin’s, LE, state or whoever) finally won & they felt like they lost the only chance they had to prove RA’s innocence. 🤷🏽♀️IMO. The two now-ex attorneys for Richard had done a huge work in this frank hearing. I don’t believe they would have volontarely done anything to jeopardize the defense of their client. They pissed of many people with their theories. What if the leaked photos were designed to blow up completely their work ? Could it be in order to successfully remove them from the case ? Do those two attorneys have been heavily threatened ?
If the photos blew up their work, as you put it, then their work was wrong and the evidence, photos, proved it.
No attorneys just walk away from a slam dunk case. The person they originally gave the photos to helped them with this theory.
This person didn’t just have photos that he took while people weren’t looking. He had travel schedules and meetings set up and that’s why they removed themselves this morning because the prosecution brought witnesses that was going to prove their memo of being screwed over by a friend want going to be entirely true.

RA was the only male who came forward about being at the trail that day so, with one week left until the election, they arrested him - after 5.5 years of nothing.
Witnesses made it clear that other males were at the trails, including a young one at the bridge, but law enforcement just had to go with the one who volunteered himself as that was the only name they actually knew.

I don't think that a leak of crime scene photos helped the defense at all. They made the critical points that they needed to in that memorandum. I wasn't the least bit curious about crime scene photos, personally. I felt from just that memorandum that I gained a comprehensive understanding of the horror that had happened to these innocent lovely young girls. I don't think that anyone who is legally educated would have thought that this would help the defense either. Anyone who works in an attorney's office knows how digital evidence works. Of course, anything put out there was going to be traced back to them. It's just ridiculous. Again, the only persons helped by this are the DA and investigators cited in that Frank's memorandum. The other question that still nags at me is WHY would these photos have been shared with the hosts of a crappy little podcast, rather than say--The Daily Mail? If you really want to make a mark--share it with a tabloid that will give this effort some punch. No one outside this case cares about the Murder Sheet. You want to make eventual bank, find a real news source. Murder Sheet are not journalists. But they do appear to be shilling for the prosecution. No, Richard’s wife hasn’t divorced him. She has stood by his side. It was reported that when Richard confessed to her (allegedly he was forced and threatened into confessing) and instead of questioning anything he said, his wife hung up the phone. I don’t think she believed him and after this Frank’s Motion, I am confident she is aware her husband is being framed.
When there’s this much secrecy around a case then that is never a good sign. Our government and LE are expected to do their work with transparency and accountability. Gag order here or there. Sealed filings here and there. That’s normal and acceptable. What’s not normal is having a case that is has been as secret as this one has been. We’ve started to get little glimpses into the corruption going on under our noses after the Michael Thomas lawsuit and all of the shenanigans that’s went on over the last year are not all coincidences. It is very sad that this is happening but it’s clear there are some people out there who have some serious control over the people of this town.
I dont think Richard is the guy. I feel really bad for him actually because jail/prison absolutely have so much corruption and total control over a person. There’s only so many cameras and you’re only safe so much of the time. I assure you if he confessed and he’s innocent then they’re making his life a living hell. I worked in a county jail for a few months and I quit because I couldn’t turn a blind eye to all of the horrible things I saw happening to inmates. Jailers would purposely make inmates like hell at my jail. Someone would be booked in and they were required to have certain necessities, a calling card being one with their own private pin and they would purposely “accidentally” run out and tell them they’ll get them one soon and everytime they’d ask a guard for a card so they could call a bondsman or even their family, that guard would assure them that they’ll check into it. They’d forget about it the instant they walked away. They didn’t care. They thought it was funny. They felt Ike they’d deserved it. I swear sometimes it would be 3 days later before they would get one. If they were non English speaking….hang it up I can’t recall ever a time they got their card before 3-4 days. It was disgusting. It made me sick. After so long I left. I can’t imagine how much worse it would be at a worse jail or prison where they have more authority and control over the inmates than the the piss ant jailers did at the little county jail I worked at.

Some Podcasters and TC Programmers chose to look at them, some chose to talk about it, some chose not to, but many had been talking about the photos for weeks and admitted on Air that they were sent to them without asking for them.
No one is claiming that the defense team disseminated anything, so please get your facts straight. The last thing this case needs is more disinformation. The only public record for this is the memorandum written by Baldwin's attorney, and this clearly states that an ex employee was given use of Baldwin's office space, and while in that space was able to access evidence from the Allen case. He or she copied or photographed some of this evidence and then shared it with another person, who shared it with others. What is important to look at in a breach like this is, who benefits? We don't know what the ex-employee's motives were. Could they have been paid to do this? Could they have expected a payoff down the road? Anyone who has ever worked in a law office knows how critical attorney/client privilege is. They know that to lift evidence is an extreme violation of all kinds of ethics and rules of professional conduct--so why would they do it? They must be either an associate attorney or a paralegal, or legal assistant--I'm assuming this ex-employee did more than just answer the phones. To do something like this, even if they don't face criminal charges, would certainly destroy their legal career. Why would someone risk destroying their legal career just to post to Facebook? It's so clear that the MS podcasters are working in concert with prosecutors in this case. The use of podcasters by prosecutors is an interesting and somewhat new, phenomenon. I've witnessed this on few cases where this was actually confirmed and the issue brought up by the defense. Even without anyone admitting to it, it is clear that this is happening on this case. There are two "tells" to support this: For one, the degree to which these unremarkable podcasters claim they spoke to Click and are repeating his statements is totally revealing---Click violated the gag order! (but these two are so obtuse as to not even realize what they, in fact, revealed about Click); Second, why is an investigator discussing details of on ongoing case with podcasters anyway? Even if there wasn't a gag order in place, this would be highly inappropriate and unethical. The other major tell, is that when pretty much the entire legal community did not expect defense counsel to be taken off this case, these two yahoos were certain this would happen. They claim they received this information from a "credible source". I doubt very much that this "credible source" was from the defense. Even Judge Gull was surprised by the departure of defense counsel, so who but the prosecution could have anticipated this? To be that intuitively "in the know" is improbable here, especially considering that these two are not the brightest bulbs on the tree. Someone from the prosecution is clearly feeding these two information. And thankfully Gull does not seem to be complicit. Judge Gull did make it clear that the fat lady has not sung yet regarding the issue of the Frank's motion and evidence suppression. She made it very clear to the prosecution that whoever takes over this case will be fully apprised of everything the defense knows. And given how hard the defense has worked on their client's behalf, they appear to know a great deal.
The D-team has leaked plenty to MSM, Podcasters, and many with Internet Platforms. Not a new phenomenon, Lawyers have always given juices tidbits to reporters to advance their narratives. Both sides have always done it.
There is a difference between giving mainstream media an interview and feeding information surreptitiously to a podcast. I can't prove at this time that this latest data dump came from the DA or one of the investigating agencies on this case, but when you look at who this "leak" actually benefits, and who would have been in possession of some of the information that MS had, it all points to the DA. Just like in a criminal case you follow the money when looking for persons of interest, with a data breach like this , it's important to note who actually benefitted from this "leak". So, Why & Who were these people that were steering other people away?🤔 Extremely Odd!
I thought had they been found that first night, & searchers were lied to, still search because they may stumble upon more evidence, or did the killer(s) come back to the area to bring L&A there & were they the ones with that bright light, & were they the ones forcing others to turn away🤔
It's so maddening that they didn't search through the night for the girls. How does anyone give up after a few hours, I can't understand. Perhaps they just didn't have many people available to search
@jimnasium7700 they had quite a lot of people searching for them.
Some didn't have flashlights & left at dusk, & many left due to that early broardcast they were found, but they weren't found!
I think some others stayed & searched until they were absolutely worn out, & I think the fog was rolling in in those wee hours as well, but I agree, stay & search until you can't, but had all of those groups been dispersed throughout the whole property's appropriately, & if those girls were there, they'd likely would've been found that evening 😞

Next Richard Allen's going to say he wasn't on the bridge with a gun telling thos 2 little girls to go down the bridge, it was his ghost. He wasn't their at all. She took a video of someone, anyway. There are 2 or 3 other suspects who look and sound like bridge guy as much as RA does. One is the father of a boy Abby "dated" or "liked" or whatever it's called these days at that age.

If a man is gonna kill, make him do it in the open. 99% only intend to assault and the 1% that kill will only do it at the selected location. Exactly. How did the girl manage to set her phone to record him? Would he have been right at them with the gun? Was it recorded after? To throw a voice red herring? Why would he originally admit to LE he was at they bridge then went to talk to them? I may have gotten in front of it if in knew I was in the area where a crime was committed. Way too. Many questions
