I don’t believe there’s any correlation with Ginger Alden here. Ginger was merely someone that came into Elvis’s life too late to save him from himself. However, I do agree that Elvis would have lived longer if he had stayed married to Priscilla, but not for the same reasons I think you believe. It’s my opinion that Elvis wasn’t ‘in love’ with Priscilla, although he did love her, ie, in the sense of how a parent loves a child. Even so, Elvis would have remained married to Priscilla (if Priscilla could have tolerated a virtually sexless marriage) and therefore his ego would not have been so badly bruised as a result of her publicly leaving him for Mike Stone, from which I don’t think he ever quite recovered, and from which I believe contributed to his decline. Tall order I suppose for many women!
Oh wow you really think Elvis couldn’t do without her???? He done just fine, she was the one that kept in contact with him for the money & who in their right mind would leave Elvis for Stone???? It was her that said he never touched her that was her excuse for her affairs, he didn’t make up excuses!!!!
He says of Victoria Principal who plays Pamela. "I have never even conversed with her off the set. But on set we have a great working relationship I think it's because we play such a lousy people". __________ Being paired with VP (whom Duffy calls "the upstage artist of the world") was difficult at first. "We were in constant state of competition, we were very territorial in front of the camera and it was a strain". Their relationship improved during Dallas' third season when Duffy made his debut as a director. "I developed an appreciation for her and I think for the first time she started to trust me".
I prefer Jenna over Pam....Pam was such a loud-mouth goody-two-shoes.....She was always trying to control everything to fit her and what she wanted......She left Bobby 3 times.....Some love!!!!!!
The problem with Jenna was that, without Bobby, she had no reason to be on the show. Pam at least being a Barnes and the mother of a Ewing had a reason to be there, whether Bobby was there or not, or whether she was involved with him or not. I guess that's why they hooked Jenna up with Ray, even though they had zero chemistry, to try and keep her relevant.
Luke Barley you are right when you say Morgan would have had bigger balls than Priscilla and I think Morgan could have really evolved that character into the likes of someone like Kristen. Morgan was hands down the best looking beauty on Dallas. I did like Pam and you are right; she was whiny and difficult. Bobby put up with too much of her childish antics. Any other man would have served her divorce papers in matter of weeks. Pam always tried to play that goody goody role but deep down she was a good diggger. Garnett McGee and Sue Ellen both called her out on it in Season 1 and 2. Priscilla skated on her last name. That is the only reason she got that role.
I liked Priscilla Presley as Jenna but i do wonder if Dallas only hired her because of who she was which i think would have been unfair to Priscilla in a way.I also wonder if Dallas wanted Jenna to be sympathetic to the audience and so they might have known Morgan Fairchild wouldn't be able to play her that way.
I wonder if Dallas didn't want to bring Morgan Fairchild back to play Jenna because they knew she would play Jenna as a tough character and Dallas wanted Jenna to be a somewhat sympathetic character.Plus when Dallas brought Jenna back Katherine was around and so Dallas may not have wanted two manipulative women going after Bobby at the same time.
I've been watching a ton of Dallas clips and I have come to the conclusion that Pam and Jenna should have hooked up. Bobby is an idiot to want Pam when he could have had Jenna. Jenna is a total moron. So to balance the scales putting Pam and Jenna together puts a grounded person with a moron saves everyone from a big headache. Pam is still a tasty dish but she is practical.
@Ana Quinn I haven't watched the originals in a long time, but as I recall, Pam moved out when her mother tried to intercede in the feud between JR and Cliff and was killed in a plane crash as she was trying to help Cliff. Later she was going to tell Bobby she wanted to get back together, but Katharine showed Bobby a letter that she claimed Pam had typed to her lawyer which said that basically she was going to get back with Bobby, even though she no longer loved him. So Bobby beat her to the punch and told her he was letting her go. Neither of them wanted it, but JR and Katharine tricked them both into thinking the other wanted out. That scene where Bobby told her he wanted the divorce just broke my heart. Here's the clip: ruclips.net/video/kRBL3QRhyGI/видео.html
Jenna was, 'all shook up' by pams comments. She probably thinks Pams 'the devil in discise. ' The whole situation could of avoided if Bobby said to Jenna regarding Pam, She's 'always on my mind.' Bobby obviously loves Pam she's his 'Angela' What would of been awful is if Pam asked Jenna, 'Are You Lonesome tonight?" Now Bobby's dead. While alive it's clear Bobby wanted to give Pam 'A Big Hunk o' Love' The next day Jenna was seen 'Crying in the Chapel.'

soapwonder Ikr! Bobby was such a wuss. I liked when his character was dead! It was so wrong to bring him back! UGHHH😩
Bobby attracted crazy women.
Pam=Priscilla/Bobby=Elvis/Jenna=Ginger Alden. Always thought Elvis would have survived, lived longer if he was still married to Priscilla.
At least Priscilla had Elvis!! And that's better than having any of them!!!
Not really! Elvis cheated on her all the time
@@Wareaglegirl9960did he do you know who blue suede shoes he stepped on fueling their wife?
Bobby and Pam were the stable love ❤
Jenna.....🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
He says of Victoria Principal who plays Pamela. "I have never even conversed with her off the set. But on set we have a great working relationship I think it's because we play such a lousy people".
__________
Being paired with VP (whom Duffy calls "the upstage artist of the world") was difficult at first. "We were in constant state of competition, we were very territorial in front of the camera and it was a strain".
Their relationship improved during Dallas' third season when Duffy made his debut as a director. "I developed an appreciation for her and I think for the first time she started to trust me".
Men -- you are honest with the one you are with rather than hedging your bets
I prefer Jenna over Pam....Pam was such a loud-mouth goody-two-shoes.....She was always trying to control everything to fit her and what she wanted......She left Bobby 3 times.....Some love!!!!!!
😂😂😂
@@jordyc5394😂😂😂😂😂😂
Nah, Bobby and Pam were always meant to be together!!❤❤❤❤
The problem with Jenna was that, without Bobby, she had no reason to be on the show. Pam at least being a Barnes and the mother of a Ewing had a reason to be there, whether Bobby was there or not, or whether she was involved with him or not. I guess that's why they hooked Jenna up with Ray, even though they had zero chemistry, to try and keep her relevant.
Charlene Tilton was Lucy
Dommage que ce soit en anglais. Traduction en français. Merci.
If you want my opinion Priscilla and Victoria were both bad actresses .Linda Gray who played Sue ellen was the real actress on that show.
Karen Morris....Didn't want your opinion so I will give you mine. You are full of shit.
Karen Morris Exactly...Linda Gray is a great actress!
@@dhart8451 Yeah, well I'm gonna give you My Opinion.

Linda Gray was perfect!😊
Very bad acting from Priscilla, especially from 4:28-4:54. She's much better at comedy than melodrama. Now I know why she kept Elvis' last name.
msmithstud I agree. Priscilla did a horrible job as Jenna. Terrible acting. Morgan Fairchild was the best Jenna.
This is Dolemite/Rudy Ray more level of bad acting...smh
Glad u didn't marry Jenna. Awful chemistry.
Huh so Bobby appeared in a flashback in Pam’s dream 😮
Priscilla was one beautiful woman but acting lessons would’ve been helpful.
liz sipp I agree Priscilla is gorgeous......And Victoria Principal is just as bad of an actress. Just painful to watch!!!
Tears
those shoulder pads make pamela head small
Jenna acting dumb. Bobby told her the next morning he was with Pam and asked Pam to marry him.
no, he didn’t tell Jenna until the following season…
And the poor kid is waiting in the car while they make out on couch
I hate that 😡
Why did she divorce him to begin with?
She is sooo hot.
Bobby and Pamela the 2nd time around
Was what Pam wearing. Was the circus in town.
Team Jenna
Omg. Thought Jenna was going to beat. Pam. Up. 122723
What’s up with the jacket!!!
I Agree
Haha. Victoria dropped the terrible southern accent in the later years!
So did Sue Ellen!
Jenna had no chemistry with anybody on the show
#DALLASPAM
Priscilla Presley was a good actress, wish her name Bobby could have got married.
its sooo hot when chicks argue
Victoria is such a nut. She messed up her beautiful face years ago.Crazy
So did Priscilla. So sad.
@@shoegal7 Yes .2 beautiful faces ruined.
I can’t stand Pam
I think Victoria printable was better looking then Priscilla Presley she is 70 years of age now Victoria and Andy Gibb wor a lovely couple 💓🙏🙏🙏🍀
Victoria too old for Beautiful Andy Gibb! She pursued him!
dallas use be on a wednesday at 8pm til 8.50 once a week i remeber
Jenna was, 'all shook up' by pams comments.
She probably thinks Pams 'the devil in discise. '
The whole situation could of avoided if Bobby said to Jenna regarding Pam,
She's 'always on my mind.'
Bobby obviously loves Pam she's his 'Angela'
What would of been awful
is if Pam asked Jenna, 'Are You Lonesome tonight?"
Now Bobby's dead.
While alive it's clear Bobby wanted to give Pam 'A Big Hunk o' Love'
The next day Jenna was seen 'Crying in the Chapel.'
Holy shit Pricilla Presley was a terrible actress.
Priscilla Presley became a world-famous actress after the films "Naked Gun" and the Principal is not.
Hideous outfit Victoria Principal is wearing... too busy and lumpy.
I never liked Jenna
"Sorry, Jenna, but I'm just way hotter than you." 😁
