Lots of people in America eat junk same as lots of other countries it isn't even top 10 in obesity rates worldwide, there's more American athletes than any other country in the world hence why they win every year in the Olympics, higher weight doesn't necessarily mean fat, lots of muscular athletes, powerlifters and bodybuilders here in the US. It has the most gym members in the world 50m more than the next country and 21% of all Americans go to a gym(3rd in the world), not all gym members are fat slobs like the stereotypes you envision.

you don't need to lift it in most occassion aside from when you are taking it off the stove for platting. The key is the amount of power you put out when you pull and push with the laddle, the rest you just let the wok sit on the edge of the stove. @Dank Spank Not to minimalize the crime that are the Uyghur concentration camps, there is actual ethnic genocide happening in China. Doesn't make this video less funny, all I see are kids trying to learn how to cook. China makes it's own anti-China propaganda by doing what they do normally.
