UPPER Ball Joint Swap - Ford Ranger

Finally someone goes to painstaking efforts to show you how to do this job that should not be done. Good luck. Upper ball joint replacement in ford ranger. No A arm replacement. Also for the record this only works with aftermarket uppers as they dont make replacements for the stock A arm.

Actually the first Ranger video that I have seen that shows how to replace the ball joint and not the whole upper A arm. Nice.

Nothing not normal about this job…. A socket should be common knowledge pressing joints and bushings lol. Doesn’t the press clear the fender if you let the control arm drop all the way down? Ball joint stud sticks out the open end of the press the screw end pushes on the cup as the open end pushes the joint up and out?
