The Crestwood looks amazing
The Crestwood is a beauty.
I don't know if it was your playing but the wilshire sounded the best. I own the Coronet and love it.
I've owned an ebony Wilshire P90 for about a month. It's well built, light weight, plays easily, looks good and sounds great. What more could anyone want? Great job Gibson/Epiphone!
we love to hear it!
I want one!!!
Very cool guitars. I have the Coronet in Ebony, and the new 150th anniversary Crestwood Custom. Both fun guitars.
we agree! they're super fun
Love the guy with the BROWN SHiRT!!
Coronet...
Ah maybe the Wiltshire damn both are great!
Love the Crestwood but had to change the bridge to get r
personally i think you can find better tone in the same price range.
these sound like they suffer from the sg "fart in the water" tone, especially the Crestwood.
I think there are plenty of mahogany body guitar options from popular brands that would be in the 450-750 dollar range that would get you a more versatile rig.
Just my opinion. It is a good overview of the line though, thank you for putting that together.
Does it have a two piece or a three piece body?
Y'all are so late.XD That Crestwood demo was a little less than desirable, though I digress. Solid video. :)
any problem with neck dive?
Yeah, - it is neck heavy like an SG.Easily addressed by moving the upper strap lock, - once again, SG style.
Trouble is they don't look anything like the original models they're aping.
They do. They looked like these when they were first produced in the late '50's. They went through changes in later years--removal of the "bikini" badge, and in the '60's they changed the body and headstock shape to an asymmetrical shape and "bat wing" headstock.
