Those preamps sound really great. Where I start noticing the sound of a preamp is when I fade up a bunch of channels of the same model preamp in a mix. They’re habits reveal themselves quickly. I’d be pretty surprised if the ISA pres didn’t sound noticeably better than the ones in the interface.
