- DJI Mini 3 Pro Sample Footage to give you an idea of the quality - not sure why you can never find these from camera makers when a new one comes out
I've had it for a couple months so I've tested it out thoroughly
This camera has a 1/1.3" Sensor that is f1.7, so ISO is cleaner and it is naturally brighter compared to the Mini 2
Most shots are using a 16ND using the Normal Profile - H.265
Color Graded lightly using Adobe Premiere Pro and the Lumetri Color Effect

Looks solid! Already ordered mine, Mini 2 was great filming my hiking videos, but with the 3 things will be so much easier!
Just curious about what 3 things will be much easier?
@@chrispoulsen_ if you'll check my hiking videos, I have to manually fly and film myself, with the tracking and sensors, it'll be easier for me. Also the f1.7 will allow more light in, that means filming better sunsets and past that. Battery time will help as well. So overall it'll be a huge improvement.

Nice shots!, my dad recently bought a Mini 3 pro(lost mavic 2 in boat sinking accident) and im trying to figure out the ways to make some money with it, I live in Hudson Bend, TX, so I'm right on lake travis, i know theres alot of rich people around here who might want some shots of their property or house, w.e. just found your channel so ill keep looking for ideas
Were these shots in 4k 30fps(HD) or 4k 60 fps?
I'm hoping to have this kind of video quality on a mini toy-like drone! Thankfully there's the Mini 3 Pro now!
Dude you mentioned you got these shots on highway 1! We definitely have to fly together one day that would be lit! Proud flyer over here for 7 years and own 3 dji drones. Also thinking about doing a calibration video combining 2 other pilots videos plus mine, if your down let me know, would love to add you to the list!

Do you know if the Mini3 DJI RC is compatible with Air 2s and can it be bought separately? I'm wondering why would I need to buy bulkier RC pro anymore.

I use an Air 2s for Real estate photography. I really want that controller. Any chance you think they may make it compatible with other Dji drones? Should I just get a mini 3 pro if I already have an Air 2s?
I am actually hoping they make it compatible with my mavic 3, so I can get rid of my big rc pro, i dont use most of the features, and it would go a LONG way to funding this, my opinion is that DJI will not do this, but i really hope so, this is the controller that should have shipped with the Mavic 3 stock version
Personal Opinion: I would wait a bit. If the controller gets enough positive review and sales, it’s a no brained to dji to make it usable for other drones, too.

This is exactly why I gave up on technology. I just spent 4 thousand Ringgit to buy a Mini 2 and here's a Mini 3.
Don't feel too bad because the Mini 2 is cheaper and you won't have to wait weeks for it to ship out to you at least

Why are some shots super blurry (1:46) and others not?
why does look like its oversharpened and stuttery in bright sunlight?
Looks like micro jitter, im not sure if its in the file recorded in the camera or the part of the video export process, but its uncomfortable to watch.
@@GeoffMoorePhotography A nightmare if you put a lot of effort into a video. I tested different screen, it is more noticeable the larger the screen is, almost nothing on my iPad and the worst on my 32” curved monitor
@@Low2234 I have seen it rarely in my footage however, in a friends video upload yesterday who uses the same drone as me the Air2S its was really bad!

A lot of the footage is degraded by flicker. Can this be fixed, or is it a common affliction of cheap drones with built-in cameras and nothing can be done about it?

Nice footage! It's a great device. But IMHO it's too expensive and still not convinced by it's camera quality capabilities (Compared with Mini2). Prefer the 1" sensor.
Mini 2 doesn't have a 1" sensor tho
it stomps all over the mini 2 camera in every aspect, lower f stop, much bigger sensor better dynamic range, much more megapixels, better processing, but I do agree about the price, saying that, it comes with a touch screen controller which is fantastic, you can easily save the best part of $200 by getting the stock rc, or save even more by getting the model with no controller if you have a spare :-)
You're correct but it should be nice to attach one on the 250gr models.
