Witch Cottage - Fairytale House Roof and Shingles We started making a witch cottage façade for our home haunt Halloween display. The idea of building a fairy tale style whimsical witch house from old storybooks was such a fun idea we had to try and make one. This is part 9 update build video of the witch cabin façade where we share our progress of carving several white bead foam cobblestones to make our faux rock chimney for our whimsical witch's cottage. We pulled several different ideas and some of our favorite elements together to come up with our design. We were very inspired by DIY fairy houses, storybook homes, Disney's Snow White cottage, and the enchanted fairytale witch house from Hansel and Gretel. The Halloween façade will measure 12' x 16' and be 16' tall. We also plan on building a roof to go over one side.
