- In today’s typical work environment many leaders are in a position of seeing themselves as the ones with the critical knowledge and information that they feel they must share with others. As a result, they often find their days consumed by giving advice and solving other people’s problems. An important question to stop and ask is, "Am I really helping people by giving them the solution, or might there be times when is better to help them solve it themselves?"
Tracy Fitzgerald shares a simple story of how the butterfly’s emergence from its chrysalis can provide a greater understanding around the value of personal struggle and how you as a leader can leverage this to become more effective in your leadership role by helping those around you discover their own solutions.
"The Indian Citizens are Like the Butterfly inside the Cocoon. We Need to Give Them Time Legally & They Will Come Out On Their Own Struggling..."😊
