It's probably since sprinkles don't exist in their culture enough for them to have a native word for it, and they have never heard the word "sprinkle" before. They're describing as best they can and then a translator tries their best to give the meaning.
It’s probably not as Shakespearean as we think it is, the translator seems to be doing a poor job with keeping tone consistent. Translating is hard because not only do you have to relay meaning, but also relay the same type of delivery. It probably sounds more natural in Urdu, but the translator went a little too flowery with the translation. You can tell with the awkward sentence structure at times, a proper translation would be able to use natural sentence structure without sacrificing the intent of the message.

when we get old, we'll all adopt the same approach. it's a psychological thing. spending too much time in certain situation makes you feel this is the best situation. many other aspects n elements. ;)
