I tried making the cocoa hot chocolate thing; so I made it and then after I had taken a few sips (I really liked it) I realized that there was a BABY SPIDER in my drink WITH SOME OF IT'S LEGS FLOATING ON THE SURFACE! So I ran back into the kitchen and opened the bag of cocoa AND THERE WERE A BUNCH OF TINY SPIDER EGGS IN THE BAG! So ye that was compete fail. (don't judge I have bad eye sight)

Isabelle 06 i did the 2 weeks shred challenge and it works ! I didn’t have abs or anything but my stomach got smaller and my overall form looks better. And now i’m doing the 4 weeks 2020 summer shred challenge. I lost like 9 pounds but i feel so much better and i look better too. I stopped working out for a little while but I didn’t gain back any weight because i try to be careful with what i eat. I do intermittent fasting too. I did 4/20 for a month and now i’m on the 8/16 one. I have a long way to go still but i think this has became my life style now and i’m happy about it. Sorry about the long reply 🙈
Thanks, Liezl, since I begin to follow your recipe and workout 4 times in the week I lost 11 lb. Still, 10lb to go :). The meals feel me up a lot so won't craving for dessert or any junk food. Love it your new recipe!
The dinner idea tastes absolutely amazing and is also really filling (I used broccoli, fresh tomatoes and baby spinach)!! I love it and gonna make it more often! love your videos :)
If you use the Lose It app it tracks everything for you and you put in all your foods and it has a ton of foods so you don't have to count in your head or learn how much points everything is you just put it in and check to see how many you have left for each meal.
Thank you Liezl! I will be incorporating the matcha latte and protein hot cocoa in my meal plan! I understand the point system is to help stop counting calories on a daily basis. I will first set up my low calorie meals so that I no longer have to worry about counting calories. Thanks again! ❤🍵☕❤
How is counting point not counting calories? You have to count/weight/read label to find out how much food is 100 calories or 1 point, isn't that the same process?
As a protein snack, I like to eat 1/4 cup of Omega-3 trail mix with dried sweetened cranberries, walnuts, pepitas, almonds, and pecans. This is a total of 180 calories.
Really enjoyed this, you are calming ha ha. Also do you credit your glowing skin to your diet or your skincare routine? Do you have a skincare routine video and or workout ideas like today? Loved it!
hey liezl did you know the whole collagen trend is a myth in fact collagen is just ground up hoofs of cows - how on earth is eating another animals' hoof going to get you beautiful nails etc. you need to eat heaps of antioxidants to get that!

You inspire me so much to be healthier! I love your attitude about calories, and how you kind of “hack” the whole calorie system so that we get the results from counting calories without the whole pain of writing down every single thing we eat! One thing though about oats I learned recently; rolled oats have 150 calories for 40 grams, but if you weigh an actual half cup of oats it comes out to 50-60 grams, which is more like 200 calories. It’s not a big deal but as someone who eats oats all the time it was helpful for me to re learn the portion size!

To make the matcha latte a little bit cuter for presentation try a small pinch of matcha or cinnamon on top (cinnamon is great for health and gives the latte a lovely pick me up flavour)

Well I've lost 10 kg in about 6 months, but i really didn't care how long it'd take and i advice you to do the same if you want to start your fitness journey, honestly if you start little by little, you'll absolutely fall in love with taking care of your body. Stay blessed ❤
Instead of drinking lemon water, I just make green tea with lemon in it. I assume it's the same effects (or better) but I just cant eat plain hot lemon water

Hey so I've been noticing a lot of the time, you eat at home. Do you have any ideas or suggestions about when you have to go and make your own lunch, to take it with you?
May be a dumb question, but how do you know what to work out? Are you following a workout on an app? That’s always been my struggle, is what to do each workout, what part of the body to workout. Love your videos! Really has helped me see food differently. All these trendy diets are overwhelming and knowing to eat simply clean foods is really the way to go!
Not dumb at all. I myself wonder the same thing. I never know what kind of workouts to do. If weight loss is the goal, focus on doing HIIT cardio a few times a week. I get my inspiration from RUclips fitness videos and pinterest. I struggle with eating healthy, but I do know it's important to eat clean for best results.
