Something I’m learning is minimizing, spending less and developing frugal habits is a day by day process. Sometimes I fall off the wagon and get so frustrated with myself but then I remember - I have more savings than I did, I have a budget and stay on track most months, I have less stuff and I purchase way less and more intentionally. Is there room for growth? Yes!! But it doesn’t happen overnight. Part of staying the course for me is giving myself grace and acknowledging the improvement.

I’m all about the experiences at this point. Memories are best shared with the ones you love vs stuff that collects dust and space.

I think I might let them go this year it’s exhausting to keep trying to reason with them .

Thank you for the inspiration! I have noticed that I am challeging my self to make meals of what I have home instead of buying something that sounds delicious and also that I dress better with less items in my closet (Project 333 is amazing!). Lots of love to you for all the inspiration 💖

We started FPU and using the every dollar app this year. Whoa is it eye opening. A couple days ago I was able to pause before charging $250 of stuff. Instead my husband and I went to the store and stayed within a small but reasonable budget. Feels so good to be intentional and in control. Plus I found a couple cute things and stayed under budget!!

I totally agree with Tip #2 Rachel. For example: cars are very 3x expensive with taxes each year and insurance in my country, Turkey.
I rent luxury car for trips with discounts all year and it only equals to insurance money for owning a car in my country. Experiences with friends are awesome. And I work remotely normal days

I spent all of last year on concerts. Solo and with my bro. One we absolutely loved, I bought him the hoodie that was of great quality and he hesitated at the price. I said consider it your Christmas gift. Other than that I did not spend on clothes or stuff the entire year. Spend with intention (experiences) rather than mindlessly (mass produced stuff) ❤

If you like spending money, then buy some rental properties. You have to spend money all the time and I'm sick of it. I buy nothing for myself anymore. I have 26 rentals. I also have a summer business. Ever watch Brewsters millions. That's the way I feel. I used my credit card over 1400 times spending $104,000 lasr year. It's always paid off though.
