      I remember I was reading a book a few years back where someone asked Popovich on whether he’s a PF or C and Popovich said something to the effect of: He’s actually always been a center, but when we had Robinson we just ran 2 center lineups.

      It was a pleasure that I was able to watch him in his prime when I was a kid. He wasn't the most athletic but he can cook any big that gets matched-up with him down low.

    I was a suns fan and this an was always in the way. Despite the numerous times he beat the SUNS and we only got one victory in 2010, it was a blast cheering against this guy. My vote for greatest PF of all time. The 2020 hof batch look to be a great batch.

    Duncan is the best PF in history!! I've been a fan of Duncan since his days at Wake Forest........and then became a Spurs fan once he was drafted by them in '96!! Only a humbled superstar like that knows when another player has that "Championship" mentality within him. I think what Duncan said to LeBron helped make his career the way it is now!! I cant wait to see my 2nd favorite player inducted into the hall of fame this weekend

      Tim always been humble in every way. Cole was pretty cocky when he was younger until 2014. And as much as I enjoy and love cole he’s contradicted himself with that “humble” persona.     Funny thing Is the same things Duncan says about Lebron’s longevity and dominance can be said about himself. Duncan also changed his game as he got older and was still able to be effective and lead that franchise to titles throughout his entire career. Timmy was different.

      This was one of the rare times the league sided with a player over a ref. Duncan's T got rescinded and Crawford was suspended, sent to anger management, and removed from spurs games for a while.

    I remember that 2007 moment Finals like it was yesterday. The Spurs absolute DOMINATED the cavs for four straight game. Lebron couldn’t even get them one game. Tony Parker had a layup package drill. Kryie-esque B4 Kyrie. But that year Lebron became LEBRON the KING James

    I was a Mavericks and Lakers fan, so while I didn't root for Duncan, I had so much respect for his greatness. Humble, hard working, and zero wasted motion.

    I always loved Rachel's knowledge of the NBA and her interviewing skills! She would have been a wonderful addition to the NBA broadcasts. And Tim Duncan, what a player! What a person of great character as well.

    One of most accomplished but humble guy anywhere of our time. Unlike today, when a player gets a good assist, many points he feels like he is the best player and flaunts at social media.

    that's what i did back in 2017, i quit all social media and thank myself later once i got used to it. i only have youtube acc and discord. my life has been way more peaceful and less toxic so i agree with tim duncan saying its for his sanity. because using social media means consuming a lot of unwanted, unecessary things that could be either toxic or useless and it's not healthy.
