That's only one of so many sweet and clever lyrics by him. Mr. Mullins If you happen to ever read this, I want to tell you I think you're a phenomenal talent. Very popular but in my mind not even close to the popularity deserved. I hope you're still writing and creating, and have lots of love around you. You know, to take wherever you go :)
Even though lullaby was a much much much bigger hit this song got a little bit of radio play where I live in Toronto Canada and I fell in love with this song my daughter and I still sing it together to this day it's a beautiful song great memories

I’ve also been listening to good old Shawn ever sense i was 13 and now I’m 36…same with Matthew Kahler. 😄 wasn’t into him or Matt at first but their songs grew on me. When I hear a new song of theirs I think I’m not into it but once again I find myself loving it. That’a real music right there. 😃

I first heard this back in December 2000. I immediately thought this was better than “Lullaby”.
