I think Sutan has a sense of accomplishment when cracking eggs. As her skill improves she can try the egg yolk/white separation trick. I am guessing it's going to be interesting.
I think more time pass she'll lil able to speak some English words, based on how Moe at the beginning or end of her video speaks English. Kids mostly learn everything from the way how parents do/speak

In the states we have something like this too. We add honey and lemon to it too, topped with caramelize walnut. We call it honey walnut shrimp. It’s delicious!
I know about Ebi fry, but never thought of combining the two together. Sounds like some delicious comfort food! Sutan is getting so much better at communicating with you, Moe! My cousin just became a mom last year, and I do hope her almost 1.5 year old baby girl will be able to get to Sutan's stage of speaking soon. The baby is still at the babbling stage.

Breaking eggs like that is good for her fine motor skills too. Moe-san is doing a very good job
It's so cool seeing how Sutan is slowly able to speak more and more and I'm here at 22 not even able to speak at a kindergarten level lol
