I just happen to stumble on your channel.....wow wow and wow. Your work is amazing man. I am mainly a soft plastic bait builder and tie a few hair jigs but u opened up a whole new world ...Thank you so much.....
Wow!! Another great looking jig I am going to have to try to make!! Thanks Mustache!!!!
Cool looking jig! I’ll have to tie some of those up and try! Thanks for sharing and taking the time to make the video!
Glad to see you back. Great looking bait have a great day
Very nice jig!! Sweet color combination!! Thanks for sharing!!
That looks like a real winner!
Great video! You have inspired me to try and tie some flies
I like crosscut for the body for a leech imitator. Looks sharp!
I like that I'm going to have to make a few of these and try them out
Hairline makes an incredible rabbit strip called shimmer strips. I've used the black with silver shimmer. Gives it a minnow appearance
Oh I’ve seen those. Very cool.
Yep and they catch smallmouth crazy good too! Been using the shimmer zonkers ever since they came out and they are incredible! Love the black and silver and olive and gold.
Not sure what your fish for the most but i like seeing bass jigs tied like you did. Dont get me wrong i like crappie and bass fishing.
What’s the name of that tool you use to wrap the jig?
The tool that holds the thread is called a bobbin and the tool that holds the hook is called a vice. Check out my jig tying for beginners series to find out more!
I would have used the super glue on the hook shank then tye down the strip and the collar I would have used a small amount of super glue on the thread why I was wrapping. Just some tips I picked up. Over all I'm going to try one and see if I can catch this pesty bass I keep hooking and losing 💯💯💯💯💯👍🏾
