It's in Tuva, the region that is on mongolian border. The economic state is: no industry, no money, no nothing. The only things you do there is trying to get out for the bigger city that is 4-7 hours by bus or become a mongolian cowboy for sheep or go to russian army and become a high ranking officer (current russian defence minister is from there). This episode was pretty eye opening. I enjoy Bald's adventures, and dry humor, but this episode was incredibly demeaning and insulting to the real-life people living there. Walking around in a big leather jacket, strolling around speaking ill about these peoples home in front of them when they cannot understand, then calling some random woman "The Poorest Hot Chick in Russia" was disgustingly conceited. My mother is from Tuva Republic and she's tuvan. I really love Tuva, it's like my second homeland(I live in St Petersburg). I don't care if it's considered as the poorest republic in Russia. The nature in Tuva is majestic and pure. Tuvan music is magnificent and well known(especially tuvan throat singing). Most Tuvans speak their own language and I love how it sounds because my mother often speaks it. Tuvans always support each other in any situation. 👊🏼

It's in Tuva, the region that is on mongolian border. The economic state is: no industry, no money, no nothing. The only things you do there is trying to get out for the bigger city that is 4-7 hours by bus or become a mongolian cowboy for sheep or go to russian army and become a high ranking officer (current russian defence minister is from there).
Aand it's fuken dangerous there as there are people in villages nearby that still live by Ghingis Khan's old ways: you see, you no like, you cut and get everything you want to.

This episode was pretty eye opening. I enjoy Bald's adventures, and dry humor, but this episode was incredibly demeaning and insulting to the real-life people living there. My mother is from Tuva Republic and she's tuvan. I really love Tuva, it's like my second homeland(I live in St Petersburg). I don't care if it's considered as the poorest republic in Russia. The nature in Tuva is majestic and pure. Tuvan music is magnificent and well known(especially tuvan throat singing). Most Tuvans speak their own language and I love how it sounds because my mother often speaks it. Tuvans always support each other in any situation. 👊🏼
