I want to paint my ceiling a fairly dark gray afterwards. The stain is not very big and is close to wall. Will you beable to see a difference or beable to see where I sprayed the stain?
hi there i am new to your channel , how that stuff really works very good. i had told my oldest sister about that spray , and that i wanted to try it out for my bathroom door , on the back of the door. , i was trying to get this white plastic hook on the door. and it took the pain off the door and made a hole. i had filled the hole , and sand it down. this was back in 2019 when that happen. anyway i had went on line to found some Covers Up Paint , that will blend in with the white pain on my bathroom door. that when i saw this kind of Zinsser covers up pain in a can. i had read up on it, ( it use for drywall cured plastic wood iron steel and new primed or previously painted ceiling tiles) my sister going to Order it for me tomrrow.) thank u for sharing your video. A few applications of hydrogen peroxide from a spray bottle removes stains too. Since HP is used as a skin disinfectant and is safe for fabrics, no preparation such as drop cloths or ventilation is needed, unlike bleach and this product.
How do you know whether or not this will perfectly match your ceiling color? Not sure it's worth it if it's only going to give you an obvious "re-painted" area in lieu of a stain.

Is this specifically for ceiling tiles or can i also use it on a regular painted ceiling?
You should be able to use it on any surface

Does it give off a heavy smell like spray paint when its being applied?
No, not really it’s pretty tolerable
I over sprayed and some got on wall. Can I clean it off? Thank you
Yes you should try some dawn soap. And lightly wash it that should help if not, you might have to repaint were you oversprayed

It matches pretty close if you have white tiles. The ones in my basement were old and it match perfectly

How long does it take to dry on popcorn ceiling? How many coats can I apply?
Not long at all 15 minutes or so and a light 2nd cost and that's it. I love this product
