I know the system sounds amazing.
I have a similar system in my Ram 3500. Areospace 8to12, digital coaxial feed for hi-rez player. Focal Utopia Be No 7 kit with CrossBlock bi-amped by a pair of McIntosh MCC602TM amps, Illusion Audio C12XL powered by Mosconi Zero 3. Rear fill. Complete interior sound treated with Focal Bam XXL, Dynomat and Black Hole acoustic tiles inside doors.
Brilliant system.
Did you have to upgrade cars charging system?
Corvette techs have mentioned the factory alternator isn’t very strong, output.

Dope install ! I was wondering how you connected your DSP, without the ZEN module, were you able to find a amp by pass harness ? so you wouldnt have to cut wires ?
Next level shit... The days of dash kits have faded. For those of you who don't feel like dropping 20k on a new car stereo. Try some apple lossless with a dragonfly red in you C8, you're welcome.
If I add anything it would be a small subwoofer and amp the C8 sound system is good.
It comes with 10" subwoofers in the doors, so there would be no benefit adding a "small" sub.
You obviously have never heard a true SQ sound system then...... There is NO WAY a stock system would ever sound ANYWHERE close to what this vehicle does.
Misspoke in the video. Those are four inch mids on the dash not three inch woofers🤦♂️
You never showed the placement of the subwoofer and was it free-air or did you build an enclosure? It is under or behind the glove compartment, seal or ported 10"?
It is a sealed enclosure, down firing in the passenger footwell.

So what is your assessment of the Premium Bose system in the C8.? I have one in my car 2LT C8. Given the Hype that is said about it, my impression is that it's not bad...... But compared to what it could be ... Eh........ Although I have no need to or desire to change what is in my car.
We feel there are an unnecessary amount of speakers covered by restrictive metal grills in less than ideal locations. It is loud and impressive to the average listener, but if you have an audiophile ear, there is room for improvement.

I find the the bass in the Bose system is not precise, dry, enough, for my liking. Which is why I looked into this page. Still the factory stuff is remarkable packaging, and it's done to a budget. I would not want to give up the frunk, as in this impressive show car, but perhaps part of the trunk floor, which is partly unusable anyway. It would make cable routing much trickier, though. Could space behind the seats be used, perhaps?
@@GadgetyMV Given the ringing in my ears - I guess I can honestly say it did its job.....
@@thegooddoctor6719 Distortion will tend to produce more ear ringing. The better the sound quality, the less you perceive the volume being loud. Hearing damage can still be caused, mainly by listening too loudly over too long time.

Are the midranges on top of the dash?
Yes the 4” mid is on the dash next to the tweeter. 4” sinfoni Grandioso opus. It’s firing up to the windshield. The tweeters are almost on axis.
