KUDOS to Nicole for giving ground beef that hasn’t been steamed gray. I’ve had to stand guard at the stove to prevent people from “wanting to help” by breaking up the beef, thinking that I had forgotten to do so 👍🏻👏🏻 EDIT: Kudos also to Matthew. RIP 😍

Nicole, always make your first 2 slices in a cake or a pie. Then yse your server to remove the 1st slice..it gives a little wiggle room for removal and better presentationm
