i am alone also, i have done upside down cake in muffin tins & pizza bread, garlic bread, bread pudding. dont try rice pudding. it loses it on warming up.

I made mini meat loaves,on a sheet pan with cut up potatoes and broccoli.but muffin meatloafs work good.careful removing them.great ideas.you are so fun to watch,great cook.and beautiful 😊
I use muffin tins for everything I can, fun to flip over & press hamburger over each & dw sides for Hamb cups fill with anything Mac n cheese goulash make BLTs anything endless i even made mini’s

I made the frittata twice using leftover veggies and herbs. Portion is perfect to pair with fruit or small salad. Quick to bake. So many combos. Each one can have a different combo so you're not eating the same flavor note every time. I will make more tomorrow as part of meal prep for the week. Thanks so very much for the inspiration!

I have recently come across your videos. Great ideas. Just one question. I cannot have cheese and every video I watch has cheese as an ingredient! I can typically just not add it. For the sushi cups (I love this idea because I LOVE sushi but hate rolling) can the cream cheese be left out or substituted? You mentioned that this is what holds it together.
