Nicole, I watch so many RUclips cooking shows and Food Network, too. You are BY FAR my very favorite presenter!! So fun, so informative and you make all the recipes looks easy and delicious!! One criticism.....we can't taste them!! 😂🥰
The new format is a winner! Not just recipes, but demonstrating techniques as well, and done in a step-by-step manner with "This is why you do this step..." asides. This is time well spent.
Hi Nicole been watching your videos forever u have the best recipes on the internet i think your pan pizza recipes is awesome I have been making them pizza like this for years only in a iron skillet i say u r sooooooooo spot on and I think u r fantastic u have given a little old lady ideas for dinner and the whole world so THANK U FOR THAT ❤
I don’t have a cast-iron skillet that will fit in my oven, it is a really huge cast-iron skillet! Can I use another kind of pan or possibly a cookie sheet? Love your recipes Nicole you’re my favorite!
Great video, you are talented and funny. I also love the fact that you actually made me think I can make this pizza LoL! I'm bad at cooking and growing plants :( A man can dream, a man can dream :)
Where have you been all of my life???????? Just found you and I’m thinking I might start cooking again.. after 46 years of cooking I was tired of thinking of things to cook and thought I’ve put my time in.. BUT… u have changed my mind….great easy recipes.. plus you are hilarious …. Great recipes and a great time laughing with you!!’ 👍👍👍👍
Frying the dough in cast iron and taking cheese to the edge makes this more like Detroit style than pan style. Dei Fratelli makes a good pizza sauce. I use that and you can adjust seasoning if you want. Saves you from using a watery can of crushed tomatoes. Also, just weigh your flour. It's foolproof. Takes the guesswork out and the crust is always consistent. Whole milk gives better flavor than part skim. Glad that you shredded your own cheese.
My favorite kind of Pizza! I love pan pizza. You make it look so easy too! I have to try making this! One problem though, the pizza sauce recipe wouldn’t download.
You are a beautiful person inside and out. I’m 83 and recently lost my wife. I’m a none kitchen person who is learning to cook. I’m lazy always looking for the easy way. Can this dough be put together in my bread machine? My wife a great cook wouldn’t use these new appliances when I bought them for her but I’m going to use them. I miss her.
if you use a cake pan instead of 12" round cast iron(same volume) you can use a cast iron griddle as your "pizza stone". Either way you can do 550f ~12 mins no probs.
Great recipe looks great but I would not use Olive Oil for baking, I would use Grapeseed Oil or Avocado Oil because of the higher smoke point for a high heat cook
You said something about not having to go out and buy a pizza stone? You were going to talk about that... You were so happy with that beautiful pizza that you never got back to it. What do we do if we don't own a pizza stone? Thanks for the great recipe and video.
Do RUclips cooks have an aversion to rotary cheese graters, or do they prefer hand grating on a box grater? I bought a rotary grater on Amazon for about $26 and never have to hand grate. It takes a fraction of the time, and they are really easy to wash in a little warm soapy water.
I saw and maybe still have a copy of the pizza huts list of sauce ingredients, well it was a partial list, but on it was celery.., could be puree'd celery but it was on the list..
Aldi had a pizza stone just like that last week for $10. I make cast iron pan pizzas all the time. I just make the dough and let it rise in the pan. I can’t duplicate the sausage from the hut though, any ideas?
I'll usually shred it if that's what the recipe asks for, but the handwringing about pre-shredded cheese not melting is fairly overblown. Especially if you're cooking it in an oven at that temp for that long. I think it's just one of those cliches that cooks and food influencers like to cite, like "Pasta water should taste like the ocean" and "You want to be able to control the amount of salt in your meal; don't use salted butter" (tangent: I always wonder how these last two don't conflict with each other).
She started mentioning that if you don't have a pizza stone you dont have to buy one, and she'd explain later, but never did. Can anyone explain this for me? Thanks.
HELP, I made this today, first dough agter baking was at least in some spots 2 inches thick then it was stuck on side of cast Iron pan ( it was swimming in oil just like this one ) I was so disappointed 😣
I worked at Pizza Hut for many years and I have to say Nice Job. The only problem is that you ruined it with that pepperoni. Most people have never had a pizza with anything other than pepperoni. When people would come in to buy a bunch of pizzas, or simply asked what we recommended, I always suggested Italian sausage, bell peppers, and tomatoes. People were always surprised at how good it was. The employees loved it too. It's really sad that people pay so much hard-earned money for pizza, then ruin it with pepperoni. Try something else for once.

extra added touch with "one bite-everyone knows the rule"...spot on Nicole...and everyone knows where that comes from...
I'm gonna show this to my daughter. She loves the "Hut" style pizza😊 Thank you for showing how easy it is to make!
My son had autism and doesn’t like nothing but Pizza Hut pan pizza! So I hope this helps cause he won’t eat any other pizza at all!!!!
I just love your approach to teaching. It’s like I’m sitting in the kitchen with you having a good time.
Would love to go out and have dinner with you
💯

I just made this pizza with ghee in the bottom of the pan rather olive oil. It was epic! Epic, I tell you!
Always love Nicole's recipes!

Looks so yummy! I like to lay down sliced provolone and parmesan as my bottom layer on crust before sauce😊
Good morning, I can't wait to make it ❤
Can’t wait to make this
Thankyou for this always thought that dough was t one of the best things then topping. God bless.
Great video, you are talented and funny. I also love the fact that you actually made me think I can make this pizza LoL! I'm bad at cooking and growing plants :( A man can dream, a man can dream :)
I liked that you used Dei Fratelli tomatoes. It is a local brand here in Ohio and I love their whole product line.
Where have you been all of my life????????

This looks so tasty! Thanks!
I don't like pizza much but you make me want to try making it.
That’s so sad

awesome recipe chef, please show Chicago puff pizza recipe please
♥️ 🥰 😋 🍕 👍I could go for some of this now. TYFS
❤❤ This Great Way Of Making Pizza🍕🍕#EasyPizza
Not a fan of thick crust pizza, but making your own is very easy. I use no-stick cake pans and spread the dough thin -- and make several flavors.
No no!! Fresh Mozzarella girl not that one but sure looks easy and a focaccia crust to boot. Yummy!
I'm making this as we speak. Well, as you speak.
My birthday cake! Thank you.
Beautiful

need to find those super thin pepperonis, so they curl up and get browned and crunchy.. love my Hut... worked for them and Taco Bell 😁😍😍😍😍

Thank you
If i add mushroom and coloured poppers still will be crispy? Or i have to keep it in oven for longer time or there is other way to back it
Pizza is God's gift to humanity.
Yummmyyyyyyy
I sprinkle coarse ground cornmeal into the oil before putting the dough in. Comes out just like the pizzeria.
Yes, Cornmeal and Salt makes all the difference to the crust bottom.
So yummy 😋
pan pizza is my fav
Fantastic 👍👍👍
You are an awesome cook
thank you for saying "pan pizza", the folks in Detroit have seemed to have high jacked the name
Awesome ❤
Great recipe looks great but I would not use Olive Oil for baking, I would use Grapeseed Oil or Avocado Oil because of the higher smoke point for a high heat cook
Good recipe

She placed it on the stove to finish browning. No stone finish on stove...
What size is your cast iron? I don't have a cast iron that big. Do I need to go purchase a large cast iron like that?
Nicole, would this same dough work in a 18” Cast Iron pan ? Or best in a 12” pan ? 🧑🍳
ohh ah ah ah ah! anyone else hear Down With the Sickness when she rocked that pizza on the cooling rack??🍕🎵👂😂
O wah ah ah ah

When does your restaurant open and were😋
You channeled Dave Portnoy for a minute there during the taste test 😂
Do you have to have a cast iron skillet? What about a non-stick pizza pan?
That looks BETTER than the old Pizza Hut. You got it cooked through. They never did.
I've always wanted to make Pan Pizza but afraid of how much time It can take!
Does the yeast work the same with gluten free flour? Not a choice in diet here, celiac disease.
Ficcasa bread 🍞🥪

Nicole's mouth wasn't the only one watering!
is that 2 cups water?
...but you forgot the bacon, pineapple and scallions. Darn, that looks tasty.
🙂👍🥂
Such a cutie
She started mentioning that if you don't have a pizza stone you dont have to buy one, and she'd explain later, but never did. Can anyone explain this for me? Thanks.
Was going to ask the same…
It won't open recipe for pizza sauce
Rewatch the segment with the sauce. It's only like 6/7 ingredients
I think it has too much oil, but it looks good
What's the water measurement how much
HELP, I made this today, first dough agter baking was at least in some spots 2 inches thick then it was stuck on side of cast Iron pan ( it was swimming in oil just like this one )
I was so disappointed 😣
I'm gonna attempt the pizza crust...
Test my limited
Dough skills.😂😂😂😂
she fire
I’m making my dough with my sourdough starter instead of yeast.
I cook mine on the stove first and then put it in the oven.
Sugar in the sauce??
What if you don’t have a pizza stone?
It looks good but I would definitely put way more pepperoni slices on it than she did. 😀
Great recipe and host, lord I didn't think making pizza was sexy but this woman mama mia
Bring back the app.
Stovetop first then oven
In the video she tells what to do if one does not own a pizza stone…Does she ever tell what that tip was?
Need some honey in there sor the yeast to eat. Use tomato puree less water

How do I find a woman like you? ... serious question sunshine, for i have searched . God bless, you are awesome.
Sorry if that came across sketchy ... that was not my intent.
I don,t like thick dough
You never said what to do if we didn’t have a pizza stone.
I just used a pizza pan placed on lowest oven rack. I didn’t have the pan at all or a pizza stone. Worked great and tasted wonderful.
News for you Pizza Hut never makes good looking pizza like that at all
Nicole, All that talk about grating fresh mozzarella and then you pull parmesan from a supermarket tub! Shame on you.
