Excellent video. We are a huge Eufy family and I needed to see this before deciding. I had 3 of the E22 kits in my cart, and looks like I’m going with Govee !!
I've got the lumary and have been happy with them. They were installed last Christmas and are still functioning great. Mine are installed with just the tape and still holding strong. 👍
I have a 200 and a 100 foot kit from Govee. I’m in the process of installing them and I have found that the lights seem to be a good quality but Govee didn’t think the mounting solution through very well. The 3M adhesive works temporarily so you certainly need the clips. I wish they had molded ears into each light for a more secure mounting option. I’ll bet the next version will have them.
I did not realize they were so expensive I saw the 50 ft strand from Goveei for 99.00, I guess they are not the pro version I wonder how much of a difference there is. Isn't 500.00 plus excessive for LED lighting😮
GOVEE is definitely more popular than the other two brands, but after watching this comparison, I gotta say LUMARY has better lighting effects and brightness. Just my two cents.
Im a big govee fan. I buy everything govee. They’re truly the best. But on this review the luminary lights looked just as good as the govee or even better.
Excellent video. Based on your recent review of the Nanoleaf permanent outdoor lights, I went that route and have preordered a set. Having the included wire covers made the difference for me with my OCD. Fingers are crossed that the tentative mid October shipping takes place, since it would be nice to get them up before Halloween. If the Nanoleaf supply becomes a challenge, I will go the Govee pro route and install an aluminum channel with covers to hide the wiring. 👍
Great review... well.. side-by-side!? =D Eufy E22 100ft has been on sale at $199 since on or before prime day. Looks like it spiked up right when you checked for this video. Anyway, it's $199 again at the time of this writing... great value! Govee also has permanent outdoor lights 2, not sure how that stacks up. Lumary - 15,000 hours rated is a fraction of the others. Oops. Not that I know if the others are honest/true about that. I got myself Eufy E22 due to the value offered at $199 for 100ft. =D
I like to know, when did premanent Outdoor lights first came out to sell ??? We are new customers when it comes to permanent outdoor lights and we Ordered Bright Lights , they you mentioned in your videos . I had my spouse watch your videos for a tour , how to put Christmas Lights up . Costco's sells Govee at there stores !!!
Still holding out for ones that project more like a traditional Christmas lights. I don’t like the cheap diffused look casting shadows on the house. Once a company figures it out I’m all in.
Try tru-tone led Christmas lights. If you want a long review, Technology Connections had that covered. I bought some myself and they have that perfect vintage warm glow
@@tannerfamily4152well don’t buy them then and stop wasting your time watching videos about them.. why even come here to complain about them?? Get a life dude
He didn't seem too biased to me. He left it open for one's own opinion. He didn't say Lumary was the one to choose. They have a much lower rated lifespan, and are not inexpensive.
Not even 2 minutes in and there's clearly biases towards the sponsor Lumary. How do you know they result in sharper beam angle? Until you tested them you don't factualy know it works that way.
@@DaniGirl6 oooohhhh someone is “touchy”. On the same note, I never hesitate to call out bias when I see it, however I “MAKE SURE” I watch the entire vid before commenting to avoid exactly what you just did. 😀👍
I guess you are struggling to come up with new videos. How long are you going to beat to death this whole issue of these way to expensive for the average person. Maybe it’s time to move on with some new videos.
Excellent video. We are a huge Eufy family and I needed to see this before deciding. I had 3 of the E22 kits in my cart, and looks like I’m going with Govee !!
Glad it was helpful 👍🏻
I spaced my Eufy lights out further to show the yard. The looks makes a difference how far you space them !
Yes it definitely does.

I bet the next version has wire covers too.
I bought the Eufy E22 which is brighter than the older model.
Thanks
I always thought GOVEE was the best, but LUMARY is surprisingly on par or even better in many aspects.
Thanks for the input
Glad I found this video, I was set on Eufy but after watching will be buying the govee pro!!
Good choice.

They seem to have no trouble selling them. 🤷🏻♂️
If the light only has tape on the back, taking it down can be a pain. Just saying, Lumary has a better installation design.
Without a doubt. Thanks.
Why would you buy a permanent light you don't plan on leaving up....?
@proflashrtist Because “Permanent” means “until they fail or something better is invented”.
GOVEE is definitely more popular than the other two brands, but after watching this comparison, I gotta say LUMARY has better lighting effects and brightness. Just my two cents.
Not to mention a better installation method. Thanks for the feedback.

You won’t be disappointed with the Nanoleafs.
I ordered the Nanoleaf one and they shipped it last Friday. Expected delivery is Monday. I can't wait!

I’m installing Bright Home Lights on my house right now! Video coming soon.
nanoleaf from your last video. they also have great customer service.
Good choice 👍🏻
I went with Eufy because of price and they are bright on my house a 9,000. I have neighbors with Govee and they like mind better !
Glad you like them
I like these, but I don't have a overhang or anything. So they would probably look a little weird without it.
Yes, this style of light is meant for soffits.
@@handydadtvI’ll probably get the H1 from Govee. I think I can make that work.
I’m really surprised that this little brand Lumary performs almost as well as Govee.
And a better installation method for sure.

Do you know the distance between lights? I can't seem to find that info anywhere.
I'm meant to reference the govee lights
50 cm. Around 20 inches.
Lumary was definitely the strongest brightest
Wonderful
Thanks
Eufy's performance doesn't look that good, but Govee and Lumary are decent.
It was good to compare them inside and out.
Eufy customer service sucks. Returned last year and got Govee pro.
Good to know.
Thanks for being honest that you’re sponsored by one of the companies, but don’t expect me to believe the review with your sponsor in the mix lol.
