5:18 I need that mower for our farm , it would get an workout too . Cutting 4 acres normally takes 2 1/2 hours , because the riding mower doesn't move as fast and the ground bumpy . There are other areas where you could cut grass , that would be another 5 or 6 acres . Over all you could cut up to 20 acres of land , in different areas , there's still another 40 acres + . We only cut total of 4 aces . At our main home , we only have smaller area with takes 45 minutes to cut this grass here with an lawn mower . I have noticed 2 of our neigbhors here, they have electric lawn mowers , I don't see a cord on them . But electric lawn mowers work very well too !!
Totally IGNORED in the salesmen pitch was HOW LONG does a battery charge last ??? They said it could cut up to 2.5 acres , BUT NOT how long and recharges that would take !! Most won't last 1/2 hour. Big acres, stick with gas powered.
The Mammotion pitch is a bit misleading. I love my Luba 2, but it won't cut 2.5 acres in one charge. It just allows you to program an area that large. He didn't specify, that's why I said misleading.
You are correct. But Mammotion isn’t alone. For what it’s worth, none of the brands have enough battery to mow their maximum capacity. They all need to recharge in the middle of the cycle unless it’s a small area.

One of the reasons I would never buy the Luba is their hardcoded acreage limits. If your model is rated for 2.5 acres and you end up mapping 2.6 acres, the app will give an error and delete the map. Very user unfriendly.
@@handydadtv Yarbo has the most flexible software, by that I mean, you could set up 32 acres with 150 zones if you wanted, and as long as you have enough battery power, the unit will try, and maybe in some circumstances it will succeed. Luba software/app is much more limiting, even if maybe the unit could have mowed it. The way these mowers are supposed to work is not to mow it all at once, but to mow something every day. Even if the mower can only do, say 1 acre a day, or 1/2 acre a day, if it goes out every day, it can pick up where it left off before, even at night, and keep everything trimmed. Again, the Yarbo software allows for all of this. Luba will not run in the dark as it's ability to navigate is limited without light.
The only ones I’ve personally evaluated so far are the Mammotion Luba and Yuka. Both work well but Luba is better. Yarbo is a Swiss Army knife for lawn care. I would love to get my hands on one.
Still don’t see anything better than the Oasa R1 in my opinion. Will likely be what I end up getting this coming Spring if nothing more impressive pops up.
It’s hard to say the R1 is better when it’s still a prototype. It’ll be interesting to see how well it deals with sticks that could jam the reel. I guess we need to wait.
CC had Stihl robotic mower @ $34.99 and $26.99. lololol. not even close... $3499 And $2699..ouch. For the price I paid for a gas mower, I could pay for gas the rest of my life between the price difference to a battery powered one. Yarbo for sure is my next mower. Keep it up!
I could use the blower attachment right now!
So overpriced
@TC-dk6do Yarbo is in a class by itself.
I cannot believe you got to meet Kevin O’Connor! What a treat! If Tommy would’ve been there, I think I might have fainted…
Norm was my idol. Especially the New Yankee Workshop.
we have customers change over to wireless all the time. it is the future of robotic mowers.
Definitely
I ordered my Yarbo mower in May. Delivery was set for Aug. I'm in Dec and no mower still
Good thing is you should get the newer version.

The autonomous zero turn was very cool.

Wonder what the price was for it ???
The Sunseeker robot mowers look great though!
Yes they do. Too bad there was nobody there to come on camera at the time.
What about Cramer RTK mowers?
Never heard of them

@GenesisMuseum Are there any brands without limits?

KEVIN O'CONNOR WOW!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Yea I was star struck 🤩
I am looking for a robotic lawn mower. Would you recommend the yarbo? And if not, why not?

Thanks for your answer 👍 😀
Here in the Netherlands they are hard to get. I wish I'll can get one to buy or try
If your yard is less than 1/2 acre or smaller, go for it.
my only gripe with Yarbo is the loud motors/gears. sounds like 7 screaming goats
It won’t catch anyone by surprise.

Can you Test the new Anthbot Genie?
I’ll put it on the list.
Gotta be AWD or no sale here!
Luba is the only AWD I saw.

None of the robots has enough battery to mow their max size yard. They all need to recharge during the cycle.
Everyone who begins their sales pitch with 'So ....' has no idea what they're talking about. Absolute shame they're in the PG space.
Or they’re just uncomfortable on camera.
@@handydadtv Afraid to get caught lying on camera !!!
Mike Morgen ( on his channel) showed a battery powered zero turn mower for only $32,000 ! And I think he bought one. That's when I un-subbed him !
I’ll never do that so stay put here. 👍🏻
