Thank you for the review I bought jabra elite 7 active.. You convinced me and you're 100 % corrext❤
This is the most comprehensive, palatable, and informative multi-product review video I think I’ve ever watched. You’ve done an incredible job. I’m definitely looking more into getting the Jabra E7A or LG TF8.
Thanks man I’m glad you found it useful 😊
What did you bought in the end and how is it?
Do you use them every day? Do you recommend?
@@nirrasin9246 I've used the LG the most I reckon
I own a few of these and I would say you are spot on with your analysis.
Thank you for this well produced video.
Thanks man, glad we agree on stuff 😎
I bought the Jabra thanks to your review. Much appreciated
Great video Andy, the bench press, run and mic comparison is absolut gold!
Glad you liked it man, thanks for watching 😊
When I bought the Jabra Elite 7 Active, was thanks to your review video that convince me it is the option I needed. Now that I'm seeing this great piece of content from you again, I can't be more greatful with you after helping me choosing THE BEST option in the market. So I think I'm asking to Santa Clause for those LG Tone Free TF8, you convinced me when you made the review, now I want 'em as muy backup. Another excellent video Andy!
Great stuff Alex. Hope the good streak continues 😎
Excellent video as always, Andy. Thanks a lot!
No worries man, thanks for watching 🙏
Really thorough review. Appreciate the insight.
Glad to hear that, thanks for watching 👍
Thanks for doing the microphone test that's what I was looking for.
No worries 😊
Really good review and comparison, Thanks Andy.
Thanks Colin, glad you liked it 😊
Thank you for another excellent comparison, Andy! 👍
Thanks for watching as always 🙏
I have the JAbra Elite 7 Active, and also bought two years ago the Jabra Elite 75 T. I must say I am a Jabra fanatic. They are the most comfortable buds in the market and the sound quality is really god. Excellent review, you are doing better and better. Congrats!!!
Thanks Nick 🙏
True!
Bought 65t and 75t.. very happy with both.... mayby I upgrade... but its gonna be Jabra
Thanks man very good video!
Glad you liked it, thanks for watching 🙂
Been shopping around. Looking real hard at the LG. Thanks for the review.
Have you bought it too?
Great review, very comprehensive. Thanks
Glad you liked it, thanks for watching 😊
Loved this! Thanks!
Glad to hear, thanks for watching 😊
Thanks for touching on the topic on wind noise. I find that some earphones can be completely unusable in windy conditions. Would love more details in a future video. Specially for biking and talking on the phone while doing so. Thanks for the review.
Wind noise is wind noise whether you are biking or not but I could be wrong here 🤔
what a great video mate! thank you!
No worries, thanks for watching 👍
Literally just watched your video about 2021, lol. What a coincidence. Great videos though!
Yeah, some buds made their way into this one from last year but honestly, nothing really better came out this year except for the LG
After this review i'm deffo going for the Jabra💪🤭👑 Another great vid, mate!💪
Yeah, Jabra is a great choice indeed 👍
An awesome, detailed comparison review! I had the Jabra E7A's but like you said, they sit pretty deep in the ears. It caused some inflammation in my ears, so I ended up returning them. Great buds otherwise though.
The deep fit can cause such issues unfortunately. Thanks David 👍
What should I buy? I have small ear canals.
I've bought like 5 earbuds and can never return any of them after testing 😭 Always have to sell them used privately in my country.
I have the Jabra E7 and they sit deep in my ears requiring deep cleaning every single time.
I DO shower lol this is ridiculous!
Also the noise they make when moving my jaw and in general is a minus for me. Love that they connect so quick to phone and TV + the app tho.
I wish the WHXM3 were sweat proof and didn't make me sweat so much.
Great review, very comprehensive.
I'm tempted most by the LG because of the range of features, including the ability to plug the case into any 3.5mm socket and wirelessly connect to that device eg laptop, tv, car (very handy for my needs... And it's down to under £100 at the moment for the sales.
However, I'm still hanging onto my shure earbuds that fit into the shure aonic earhooks. It means I get great audio quality, durability (the buds are about 10 years old - the battery is in the earhook, and they fit onto mmcx cables so I can use them on my ios and android devices wired as well as wirelessly). Most importantly for exercise, they stay in my ears whatever I do, including when I'm upside down. They're ipx4 water resistant, call quality is good but noise cancellation is passive (comply ear tips are great for sound isolation!).
That Shure option sounds like a great alternative. Unless you need the extra features…
Oh wow! This dropped at the perfect time for me. I'm searching for the best Sport Earbuds to buy. I dropped a like and now I'm tuned in.
And which one do you lean towards?
@@AndysTechTone I ended up going with the Jabra 7 Active. I should have them in a couple days.
@@daprotech great stuff, just let us know what you think after getting it
Love your reviews, very detailed, informative and helpful in making purchases. Seems though to be a dearth of the rather ubiquitous Soundcore brand on your channel. In this case the X10, but also several other newer products since the 3 Pro. Is there a reason for this or just not a brand you're into that much?
I will feature the X10 in my earhook buds comparison video. Soundcore doesn’t seem to be interested in sending test samples to me yet and I have limited resources of my own when it comes to buying stuff for these reviews so decisions have to be made all the time. Also this year turned out to be a bit more hectic than expected so I couldn’t do as many videos as I wanted to.
@@AndysTechTone Fully understood. *Thank you* for all you do already👍🤘
Let me sit back and relax while watching this with my Jabra Elite 7 Active on 😎
Good choice 👍
Great for music but bad for video. The audio lags.
This was an absolute cracking review. Well done. I am looking at the LGs. Shame about the outdoor audio quality and phone call quality, but these are less important to me than a lot of the other great features. I like the Jabras but I have very odd ears and need a stabiliser. I had the Beats until they died - they held in my ear relatively well until I leant forward, then left one straight out every time. I'm hoping the LG with the more rigid fin will hold a bit better then the very flexible Beats, plus almost half the price of the Beats during Prime day.
@@craigb8379 Yeah, I couldn't care less about phone calls myself either...
Hi there, how powerful bass does it have? I'm kinda looking for bass whenever I go for buds or headphones like skullcandy crusher ANC.
This is Gold! Thank you for these! Have you tried the jbl reflect aero and do they have the same issue/s? Also, which would you recommend Jabra elite 7 active, Elite 4 active or the Jbl reflect air? thank you
Out of the three you mentioned I only used the Jabra E7A so not sure how the other two would compare
Great channel, I hope to see u with the millions of subscribers u deserve. I have 3 suggestions for content I would love to see on your channel in the future:
1 best earbuds for people with smaller ears. (Its tiring to keep buying earbuds that just dont work or sound awful)
2 Another suggestion would be best smallest (pocketable case) earbuds. Between keys, powerbank, wallet, vape..it would be nice to have the best smallest/travel friendly option category
3 sleeping earbuds for side sleeping with acceptable sound quality.
Kosszi
Thanks, your support is much appreciated. And so are your suggestions 😊
You are super good at writing an entertaining video
thanks, glad you enjoyed it 😊
Great video. Information
Glad you found it useful 😊
Andy, thanks for a very helpful video. What is your take on the Jabra Elite 7 Pro for exercise vs the E7A?
I've never had a chance to test the E7Pro
Thank you for this episode I've been looking at the Beats for a while now. I can see clearly thanks to you that the Reflect Flow Pro+ is not the upgrade I'm looking for from my Reflect Minis. I'll stick with the Live Pro2's I really like them so far. One question? I've heard that earbuds and headphones sold in Europe can only go so loud a maximum volume limit I guess is that true? Merry Christmas Happy New Year and thanks again. 💯👍🇺🇸
Thanks Mike, not sure if such limitation exists, I mean there must be some sort of a general rule for that but I don't think there is anything EU-specific. And even if there was, I wouldn't know how loud earbuds can go in other places so, yeah, not sure...
@@AndysTechTone Indeed, European regulations require to not exceed a certain threshold of decibels.
It is imposed on smartphones, headphones and earbuds.
The same devices sold in North America but especially in Asia have much more volume than those sold in Europe
@@rolins3279 yeah, I just checked and you're absolutely correct as always. However I've never noticed such limitation even though I've got earbuds from the EU, US and from Asia too. It would be an interesting experiment to test the same model from different regions and see whether the EU regulations have any meaningful effect on every day use
@@AndysTechTone In fact, to bypass the EU limitation, your earbuds, smartphones and your accounts and phone number must not be linked to the EU in any way.
JBL Reflect Mini NC vs JBL Live Free NC+ vs JBL Reflect Flow Pro, which one should I get?
Thanks for the review mate. Do any of these have increase AND decrease volume feature in mono mode? (Not only "increase with the right - decrease with the left" all the earbuds have)
You can setup both the LG and the JBL that way. Volume up and down on the same bud on either side, independently
@Andy's Tech Tone Oh thats perfect! Thank you!
Congratulations. Thanks
Thanks 😊
Well done
Thanks 😊
Earbuds are good I am thinking of purchasing some earbuds for outdoor activities,a good air flow inside the earbuds helps avoiding pressure buildup in the ear canal I generally use headphones
I picked up the Beats Fit Pro and love them. They fit great and I have small ears.
Good choice 👍
Can't wait for the 2023 review.
I'm not sure there will be one this year to be honest unless you can give me five new in-ear buds that fit the description. It's all about open-ears now, I'll do comparisons covering all angles there
What should I buy? I have small ear canals.
I've bought like 5 earbuds and can never return any of them after testing 😭 Always have to sell them used privately in my country.
I have the Jabra E7 and they sit deep in my ears requiring deep cleaning every single time.
I DO shower lol this is ridiculous!
Also the noise they make when moving my jaw and in general is a minus for me. Love that they connect so quick to phone and TV + the app tho.
I wish the WHXM3 were sweat proof and didn't make me sweat so much.
I'd like the buds/headphones to stay on without being inside the canal.
I've never tried beats pro fit with hooks.
I don't buy AirPods bc I have Android.
Tried Sony sport SP800N, WF-XM3, beats pro fit, and Jabra Elite pro 7.
Regarding the jbl's I have the Aeros which are essentially identical to the reflect pro in this video. The included tips are too soft and don't grab which is why they don't feel super secure. With my Aeros I use sednafit crystal earbuds and it makes a huge difference.
This will be the 3rd time I'm buying the tws after watching reviews made by you.. Thank you from India
What happened with the first two?
@@AndysTechTone Hi.. We have a website here in which you can sell ur old tws, iems etc... I do have final ze3000 as well which aren't tht loud but they are crisp clear with super wide Soundstage
I have the earlwr two as well
Love the review but can you do an video of affordable options only please
I might do something like that soon
So i need your personal opinion. I want gym/running earbud with the best sound possible. I can buy the Schenhizer sport and the J7A for the same price. What do you recommend. I know this is a old video but i like and subscribe and would appreciate your reply.
If you prefer a warm, bass heavy, smooth sound, get the Sennheiser. If you like a crisp, detailed and punchy sound, get the Jabra. For the same money I’d buy the Jabra.
Hey Andy, I was looking to buy a budget earbuds for sports. I was particularly interested in jbl endurance race, what's your view
Haven’t tested those buds so not sure what to say
@@AndysTechTone thanks man
Great video!!! Already close to make my decision but would like to ask for advice, 3 things are important for me: sound quality, wind noise, waterproof. Help 😎
Jabra maybe?
@@AndysTechTone slightly worried if these will stay securly in my ears when riding bike...
will the Sennheisers work with ChiFi MP3 bluetooth players? I don't carry my phone running.
I believe they should work with all bluetooth players just fine
Can the Jabra Elite 7 Active stay in the ear when I sweat while running? Please answer my question, so that I know what to buy for comfort in performing exercises in various conditions and is characterized by excellent noise isolation and sound purity, and what are the headphones that you recommend for me?
The E7As stay in my ears during all sorts of activities including sweaty ones such as running. But this is just my experience and your ears might be different though…
@@AndysTechTone
Much respect to you 💚🙏🏻, I am following you from Iraq
Hello ! Which one is the best for running? I don't want them to fall down during the running ! Thank you very much 💪
You can run with any of these without having to worry too much about dropping them
@@AndysTechTone thank you for your response
Last year I bought the Jabra elite 75 Active but I had to return them because they got to deep into my ear canal which hurt me. I’m thinking abt buying the elite 7 active. However, I’m scared of having the same problem with them. Do you think the fit of the 7 active is similar to the 75 active?
Btw, you make great videos. You deserve way more followers imo
@@xthereaper8434 I had some issues with the fit of the 75T as well but the E7A fit in my ears just perfectly
@@AndysTechTone thanks for the answer. I guess I have to try them to find out. Keep the videos up man, they‘re great 🫡
@@xthereaper8434 thanks man 😎
Im planning to buy jabra 7pro is it suitable for outdoor activities ,running, hiking n etc?
The Pro can do all that for sure but the Active was designed to be used in those scenarios specifically
Have you reviewed the liberty 4? I just bought them and was interested to hear your thoughts on them. They are amazing and the best for the money in my opinion.
Haven’t had a chance to get my hands on the Liberty 4 yet
@Andy's Tech Tone if you do, I'll be very interested to hear your thoughts! The sound on these is unbelievable, and they are extremely comfortable. Love the vids my dude!
@@Edjucated_ I don’t see it happening any soon but you’ll notice if that changes 👍
Jabra E7A is definitely worth the money speaking from my own experience
No Jaybird Vista 2? Or have they been discontinued or the company gone?
There was a section with honorable mentions that didn’t make the final cut and the Vista 2 was in it. But there have been some bad rumours regarding the company’s future and also there were many qc/manufacturing issues with the vista 2. I had my fair share of trouble with the Vista 2 myself as I had to get the left bud replaced after it stopped charging.
@@AndysTechTone Thank You for the reply!
I watched a lot of videos but I still can't decide whether jabra elite 7 active or elite 7 pro elite 7 active is cheaper but if 7 pro is better tehen 7a I will buy elite 7 pro can you help please
I’d buy the E7A and save some money. The two buds are basically the same except for the special bone conduction sensors in the pro for marginally better phone call quality maybe
@@AndysTechTone okay ty very much bro you r awsome
Nice. How about multiple connections feature?
I mention it in the review that the LG and the Jabra support multipoint use and also does the Beats but it only works with other Apple devices
@@AndysTechTone thanks thanks
Beats all day! The fit can not be beaten!!
If I am looking for sport focusing on duability, sound quality, and battery life, which one should I go for?
If you cannot answer that question yourself after watching the review then I'm not sure what else I can help you with...
ok thanks@@AndysTechTone
Jabra elite 7 active is superb
Missed Jaybird Vista 2 on the comparison
Correct me if I am wrong, but Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro have IPX 7 rating.
You are not wrong
Ok, test!
the winners are the lg tone free tf8?

They are one of my favourites for sure
Let me sit back and relax while watching this with my Beats Fit Pro on 😎
Enjoy!
Your beat fit pro fins will rip over time trust me. I had two pair rip on me both the left bud. I have the sennheiser sport now. I just wish they was a bit louder tho.
What about Bose Sport ?
It was in my top five for the last two years in a row but now it needs an upgrade as it’s getting a bit long in the tooth…
Physical Buttons are better, right? For me Buttons are better
I am using TF7 (same as TF8 but with no plug and wireles) and it is one of the best fit earbuds I have used, but there are some stuff to make sure
(I got it for $85) The ANC is almost negligible and the passive noise isolation block more noise than ANC, the audio quality is not that great I expected it to sound like my tone fp5 but it just isnt clear enough and does a bad job at sound seperation, signal is average and good enough, ip rating and UV nano is the USP whereas IP67 is overkill for earbuds tbh so not that much of an advantage,
TL;DR average audio, not good ANC, good fit, good gimmick, good battery, average product
Also a point to note, plug and wireless feature of wether T90, fp9 or tf8, its not worth the extra money. Plug and wireless runs at very high latency (same as normal latency without low latency on), it uses SBC codec which is literal garbage on these earbuds because it makes screeching noise at high frequencies and its not a pleasant experience using it, the battery drain is super high while using plug and wireless.
Also, if your earbud anytime doesnt sound good in bluetooth, make sure you enable High quality codec a.k.a. AAC codec and should fix the issue
It seems that the Sennheiser has the loudest mic. Maybe because of the lack of noise cancellation.
In general, it appears that all true wireless earbuds have terrible mic quality.
The Jabra seems to be the best option.
Jabra has always beeen good as far as voice transmission is concerned
I'm feeling the same thing with my JBL Reflect Flow Pro. Sound quality is one of the best ,but they loose seal in my ears after a few minutes🤪
It must be their huge size I believe
So,my Jabra7A is still doing well😎
I watched a lot of videos but I still can't decide whether jabra elite 7 active or elite 7 pro elite 7 active is cheaper but if 7 pro is better tehen 7a I will buy elite 7 pro can you help please
@@ulasbektas06 I tell you I got 7active due to their better grip in the ear( crucial for me as I do a lot of running). The rest is comparatible or with subtle difference. Once I got a call when I was in extremely loud environment and a chap I was speaking to did not complain at all!
Where is soundcore X10? On mi opinion the best sport earbuds out There
I made another comparison between earhook buds
Is this still up to date?
There are newer and better options out there now
@@AndysTechTone I was going for the beats fit pro.. Do you have a video on the newer options?
@@iskiiwizz536 I've got one for the Jabra Elite 8 Active which in my opinion is the est today. There is a mk2 version out already but I haven't tested those yet. Same for the new Sennheiser Momentum Sports, no test yet.
@@AndysTechTone I had the samsung buds pro 2 and they were terrible as they would fall of my ear just by standing up. Tried all the fkn tips but it didnt work out. Their shape is hideous. Im scared that if im getting the jabra they would also fall as they dont have any wing shit to prevent the fall. Thoughts on this ?
👍🏽
Bro you should’ve included Bose too😩
Yeah, there was an honorable mention section with the Bose Sport Buds, Jaybird Vista 2 and the Airpods Pro 2nd gen in it but it didn’t make the final cut….
@@AndysTechTone you know i bought beats studio buds in april nd have been using them for runs. but i've noticed that after airpods pro2 came out, the bass in beats studio buds got reduced a bit. like i've seen another youtuber call this out whilst reviewing airpods pro2. nd now i've bought bose sport earbuds but...
i also have the bose soundsport wireless which came out in 2017 or something.the bass on that is way more hard than bose sport earbuds.
