You can’t force the event to sneak out as of now but if it’s stopping you from completing the live fast aspiration you can use aspiration.complete_current_milestone to move to the next stage

Thanks for explaining how this actually works! Sucks my teen bedroom is on the third floor. Wouldn’t even care about this dumb mechanic except for the Live Fast aspiration. Now I just need the invite which o hear is so annoyingly random you can go multiple full teen lifetimes and not get one.
@@RaeRaccoon I got to the point where I just do everything else, then cheat that part of the aspiration. I run the game on maximum aging and manual aging up. I swear, without the manual aging up, none of my Teen sims going for this would have gotten it.

Teen aspirations literally made me quit the game. And now there are two separate baby stages... for some reason. The current devs are catering to such a douchey aesthetic and I feel like they don't care about gameplay at all, as evidenced by the fact that clearly nothing is ever beta tested, and arrives broken half the time.
Yeah I can definitely see what you’re saying, that’s why I try to play the packs that have more gameplay in it. Like I love using werewolves and get to work 😁
@@RaeRaccoon - Get to work is good, though the detective career is broken beyond repair. Discover University is actually really good too. My latest playthrough is going to be less aspiration focused and more focused on needless, copious, ridiculous amounts of fornication, courtesy of my 50 or so meticulously crafted sims based off of irl celebrities. Perhaps building a multi generational dynasty where I get away from keeping everyone immortal, will cure me of my OCD
I needed refreshing on this so thank you. Now to wait for the invite lol. My sim got grounded but there was no option on the window to sneak out, I feel like that should be a thing no? xD
Okay my only problem is now that 14 days have passed and my Sim still hasn't gotten any invites. She's on social bunny daily posting and responding a lot; she is friends with every person in school; she makes social media updates, simstagram updates, has a side hustle, is in an after-school activity, and sells stuff on trend, and she's a level 1 celeb. Still, no invites, no sneak-out. She can't get past the first level of her teen aspiration because no one calls her to invite her anywhere and I don't know what to do. I feel like their ratios are off on random events. My Sims went on an overnight camp-out and got 4 campfires in one night. But become the most popular kid in town and not a single phone invite, though at least 7 sims have come by to ask her personally to the prom. What gives?
I built a balcony onto my house and my sim is able to climb up and down the trellis but when I try to select “go here” for them to go inside or outside they won’t use their window but will instead go all the way around the house. The window has space to be used. Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
It’s possible that your sim will use the door as the best option. Have you tried locking all possible entry points and then having your sim try to go through the window?

So you need one grid tile available from the corner for it to work… could you add foliage/plants in that area or will that cause it to not work as well?
I have a family with long life span enabled, my teen sim is 10 days away to age up so there's been like 80 days for her to get the chance to sneak out and nothing, I hate this game, in the sims 2 this was like all the time and they could even get caught by the cops, it's like they try on purpose to be worse than the sims 2 every chance they get, and the game is 20 years old, you can't be that useless
Oh yeah. That is my problem too. No pop ups or anything. It is quite aggravating. But no they will call everyday to try and get my Sim to graduate early
I've been fiddling around with my lot/added in a new platform to the outside and its still not working:/ My house is in glimmerbrooke, could that be why?
I never had the desire to look for this window only to learn now that I wouldn't have found it anyways because I need another pack to get it. I thought it was base game lol

Why didn't they add the peep option to all the windows just like they did with the "shift" option (which messed up most all cc windows) - remember? ;)
@@winonaforbs73 it was a total missed opportunity to not allow at least like half the windows to do this functionality. But with how much trouble placing this window is I can see why it’s only one window. 😆
You would have to lock all the doors into the room you want your sim to enter through the window. you can only sneak out of the window when you get a prompt to sneak out, then you can click sneak out on the window.
No you should be able to slide down any ladder 🪜 most sims prefer to climb down so you’ll have to select slide down if thats what you want your sim to do 😄

Yeah, to have Sims use the window to enter a room, you would need to block all access to that room. So, if you want your Sim's friends to use the window, have the door to that room be locked for all Sims except family. Hope this helps!
I do not have that pack, but my boyfriend was never able to get anyone to go back in through the window, not even after they climbed out, even if all the doors were locked. Buggy as hell I guess.@@RaeRaccoon
i hate this window. they could add this function for already existing windows, but NO let's add another ugly window that doesn't match the style of 90% of houses and will functionate in VERY specific occasions. i'm glad i've pirated it lol

You can add decorations, plants, or foliage next to the window as long as it’s not in front of the window 🤩

are there any mods that might affect this? i get the notifications to go but then the window or the teen has the option to sneak out

You can change who is allowed access to the room door. You can personally choose the parents to use the door. That should help!
