Now do this on a saltwater engine. 25 years of salt caked into the threads, I am so lucky even going slow that I didn't strip anything out. Stainless into aluminum is gall city. The thread sealant from the factory really did it's job.

It would be helpful if you zoomed in on the CDI box while all the wires were plugged in. Im having to replace mine (previous owner left half of the wires unplugged and the box that i ordered came with the same wires unplugged) and i have no idea what plugs into where
Hey how do you take off the coupler that's on the crank shaft?? Mine broke today. Do I hafta tear the whole motor down or can it be done without all that work??
