    Did you replace the oil in the crank case? Also how much should go in it?

      No i did not. I dont believe it has oil and uses the 2 stroke oil to oil the roller bearings on the crank ,but you can look it up to make sure , that's how most 2 stroke operate ,like chainsaws and weedeaters. Dirtbikes are different because the gears in the transmission

    Did youndo away with the oil injection pump (which is the likely cause?

      No I didn't, nothing wrong with mine , it had to be the head gasket leaking water in cylinder to make the detination that destroyed the head and top of piston, I've had it out a few times for hrs driving around the lake and sold to a guy and he been using so seems to be good now

    how much hours did this ski have before the rebuild?

      I just had bought it and forgot to check the hours , think the head gasket went bad and water started getting into that cylinder cause head and piston were deteriorated
