He said it was "too risky"? Dude literally offered him his money back within 2 years time. Knowing he's about to cash in on about 4 million, he's good for the money. And he has a chance to make money with his investment with the other 7.5% he gets. There is technically no risk involved here. At the WORST his 75k gets locked up for up to 2 years. But that's zero loss.
The best thing he could have done was not to take the offer - he now had great UK Advert from being on the show, and it about to gain £4m to invest into it... and still has retained his equity 👏🏼

The reason Jenny doesn't invest in hardly anything is because she doesn't have a team handling her investments like Peter or some of the other dragons do . She likes to get involved herself and work with the owner of the company closely .it's not just about making money for her she likes to take on a challenge and get involved .I know it's funny seeing her constantly say she's out but honestly if you needed help building a business it's her help I would want .

I am surprised that no-one else in the UK was using this technology although I don't know when this was originally shown. In 2015 I was in charge of marketing a blueberry juice producer and we talked of making 'crisps' like this using the same process. The idea was not original as there were at least two companies in Poland doing the same thing.
Dragons are VC styled investors, but some products are sold to them at the Angel Investments, that is one real reason why they run even when the product looks soo good. A really cool guy. he will make it work
