I love watching you. You make things look so easy. This year has very difficult. My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer in September. I'm working from home after I had hip replacement Nov. 10th. I can watch you while my husband is sleeping on the couch. Please send us your prayers, we realize that this is his last Christmas. Oh Mel, you sound just like me as I struggle with what do I do now as I spent the last 30 years being a mother and wife. I’m now devoting time to community service as well as volunteer with animals in distress being a foster momma to abandoned baby wildlife. Baby bobcats are amazing.

I sort of know how you feel. 2 of our kids are grown and we have a 16 year old and 7 year old, too. I know 4 kids are a lot, but I wanted one more and can't due to complications with the youngest. He was born while I was in a coma. I'm dreading when they're all grown. I get really depressed about it. Your video has helped me. You're such a blessing. I just wanted you to know.

I'm seeing lots of old comments that I misses last year, and praise the Lord, I know He has seen you and your husband through!
@InTheKitchenWithMommaMel it's so crazy to see old comments like this and to see how far we've come. I'm still looking at the possibility of surgery. I just gotta get health tests and insurance before we know for sure. Hubby is looking at total shoulder replacement surgery. We just got to have to get Workman's comp off their butt and approve it since they are responsible for his shoulder, knee, and neck till the day he dies. It's part of his lawsuit.
