My fave Pilates class of yours by far! Loved the flow & pace of this one, I prefer slower ones as it helps me maintain controlled movement and really feel the burn! 🥰
Wow, this was the first, but not the last time I do this workout. It was great! First time doing pilates with you. Enjoyed the workout, esp. because it doesn't require any equipment ( I have none) 🙂. More of those in the future 😊.
Would love if you could label your workouts as beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Was looking for some thing a little more difficult like a lot of your other classes, but had no way to gauge.
