Thank you for this informative video! My husband recently got us this machine and was trying to figure out how to make a regular cup of coffee! This was great!
Yum ... looks perfect, thanks !
Thank you Mike
Great Video, Thank you! Perfect cup of coffee after the video....
Thank you for this video, I was trying to figure out how to make a regular cup of coffee with this machine! Have a blessed day
Thank you
as was i and thankfully found his video!
Just yesterday I was wondering what that water drip was for.
Thank you! I was wanting to know how to make a regular cup of coffee
Nice garden and plants 👍🏻. Coffee looks amazing too
Thank you. Flower garden is all maintained by my wife. I enjoy those flowers daily.. 🙂
Thank you for sharing!
You are welcome
Thank you🙏
Excellent video
I watched few of your videos and I think you should have more subscribers. Thanks for all information that you put in your videos.
Thank you Ellen for your feedback. Thanks for watching and subscribing the channel 🙏
I agree
Hello. I plan on buying the Sage Duo Temp Pro. Can I do this with that? Making two shots espresso at the same time and adding hot water? Can it also be done vice versa, first hot water and than double espresso? Because at the Duo Temp Pro the hot water comes from the steam pipe.
Yes you can do all these in Duo Temp pro. Some people do hot water first and then espresso on top. All the best!
Just came across your channel and appreciate your content, Aju. Out of curiosity, did you change the wand head from the stock? If so, where did you purchase it? Thanks!

You are welcome
Thanks and me am also barista
What is your burr size and grinder size? I just got my machine and my extraction is never 20 or more seconds. Also, you get your extraction around 1 o'clock. I wish i could do this too. I follow your videos.❤
Can you provide the link for the tamper/distributor combo or brand & size used in this video ? (I have the same breville)Please and thank you! Great video
Amazon links are in the video description
Hi, thanks for the video. what setting did you use on the grinder for this Lavazza?
I think it was at 4
Hello. Can you tell me where you got the dosing funnel/grind cup crossover from? Thats a handy tool because it fits the grinder fork.
Thank you in advance.
You can get it from etsy.com search for "dosing cup breville ". There is a better one that clips in as there is a cut for that. I won't recommend this site as shipping is high. See if you can find in other local website. Which region are you?
Thanks again.
Central Europe.
Ive already tried a lot. Basically you find those dosing rings to put on top or into the portarfilterbasket in all kinds and varietys everywhere but this thing like yours is pretty much a 3 in 1 - bean cup/ grind cup and dosing funnel and looks quite useful.
@@johnnyknoxville5003 you are right. That's one reason i use this daily 😏
I've been following you for some time i enjoy your videos can you tell me what is the music in all your videos it's very calming thanks
Thank you. Music is Suzuki_s_theme-1
What was your dose? Tia
Try changing the order to milk..water..coffee. Here's the logic, the brewed coffee standing alone in the cup, the aroma(flavor) escapes in the air. But brewing the coffee in the milk/water, most of the flavor stays in the liquid not escaping in the air. I do love the aroma of coffee, but I rather drink it than smell it. As far as adding milk before the water, you'll have a slightly warmer coffee because the hot water slightly cools a little in an empty cup, where cold milk will slightly warm in a empty cup. The difference in temp. may be unnoticeable, but it will be warmer. Anyways, give that order (milk, water, coffee)a shot. Pun attented.
Good point. I sometimes do in that order 👍
I always though about this but never did it! Thanks for sharing the details
Filter size set to single when you grinded a double? What’s this setting for?
After you power off the machine plug, it resets back to single. Not done purposely. So i do Grinding twice in this case.
Where did you get that dosing cup? Thanks!
You could get that from Etsy.com They charge a lot for shipping. So see if it's available in a local store you live
My grinder is not working both auto or manual,, already clean everything there is no stuck bean on the grinder,, do u know how to fix
Have you cleaned the lower burrs too after removing all parts of Grinder? Other possibility is the Grinder click switch not engaging properly. Did you contact breville? If its under warranty they would fix it, if not they could give a hint.
@@AjusCafe I already cleaning all part.. i think the switch.. its wont turn on.. its been 2 years so no more warranty. Try searching on youtube how to fix it but no clue so far. Yup better i contact breville costumer service
@@etoborik I would take a chance and open to see what's going on.
@@AjusCafe i already assembly my breville lol.. seem like the actuator Switch.. its little burn🔥
Good video Aju
Thank you
Great video, very informative. If you’re trying to closely replicate a cup of coffee by making an Americano, can you load regular coffee beans into this machine or should I be strictly using espresso beans?
You can use any beans. Espresso beans are meant to be more tastier and generates more crema. But one of my favorite beans i tasted is a non-espresso bean.
@@AjusCafe thanks for the info! Do you mind my asking which brand/roast you’re referring to as one of your favorites? We’re trying some different types and would love to give it a try.
@@Jeff-lj6xx sure.. here is the link of that beans ruclips.net/video/paNVLggAg7U/видео.html
@@AjusCafe thanks very much!
Can you make 2 cups of coffee with that or just one cup?
Depending on how strong or weak you like. You can split double shot into 2 cups which will be weak
Do you know if the touch screen one can make a coffee
Didn't get your question
@@AjusCafe sorry to be confusing lol I’m interested in one of these machines I am more of a regular coffee person though so I’m wondering if the one I seen that has a touch screen makes regular coffee or if I would need to make a americano coffee terms and drinks confuse me😂
@@annmarienormile1330 this machine makes espresso and you can use that espresso base to make Americano which taste similar to regular coffee. This machine is semi automatic,. There are touch versions of espresso machine like Breville Oracle Touch which are Expensive. For regular coffee a drip coffee machine will do with the press of a button. But it won't taste as good as an espresso.
I returned my second Barista Express this week. Couldn't get the pressure to go up. Even when using good, fresh coffee
Waiting for my second unit as well. After a week and a half of usage the grinder stopped working properly and could not extract coffee. We’ll see, I may look into a different brand.
@@delcas74 , I got really frustrated after the machines. The grinder was always a 1 and I even reduced the inside burr to 4. Coffee still would flow too rapidly.
That's sad. I have 3 parts of low pressure issue videos which covers all possibilities. If Breville confirmed then there is some genuine issue.
@@delcas74 That's strange too. But parts can fail in rare cases.
@@AjusCafe, I've listen to those videos and tried everything.
I timed your double espresso, took 42 seconds. too fine of grind. should be coarser.
It uses less milk anyway! Making latte and cappuccino everyday cost a fortune with the milk usage!
That is correct.
Isn't that an americano?
Yes see 6:24 on the video
Top class editing 😂
Broo you made an americano
He said that.
My barista express broke after less than 2 weeks of normal use.
Sorry to hear that... usually they are reliable.
This is americano
Yes see 6:24 of video before adding milk. It is Americano with Milk.
Not very informative if you don't tell us what the grind settings are.
Every beans are different and needs to dial in ruclips.net/video/XoRRjoI8Ck8/видео.htmlsi=3gNpewaAXKrObz1X
